Hello!

Not that long ago this casino was open only for us citizens; but recently they opened the casino to all and it seems to me that their software was switched to RTG. I did a little background research before depositing there and The Jazette group which operates this casino seems not to be one of the best, but don't look like a roguish one too. There isn't a warning on this site about this casino nor on many others. Besides that they have a very nice web site, live chat and everything looks like a very professional run business so i gave it a try.

They offer a 100% cashable signup bonus up to $300 which can be played on BJ with surprisingly easy T&C. Played through the wagering requierment end ended up with a nice profit.

After that i transfered the money from the download casino to the main account but didn't withdrew it.

A couple of days later (today) i tried to login to my account but it was locked; i've got the message that i should contact customer service and that i maybe have to wait up to 72h for an answer.

I tried to use the live chat feature, but it seems to me that they somehow "banned" my IP and instead of an operator i get exactly the same message like in the download casino.

Since i never claimed any bonuses from the Jazette Group and i am 100% sure that i didn't breach any of their T&C is there a chance that i will get my deposit & maybe winnigs back or is this an outright rogue operation?

To my knowledge, the CasinoMeister does not actively seek out rogue casinos to put on his listing, they only get put there when someone reports a serious problem with them.

There are probably 2 or 3 times as many rogues on the net as there are listed here, just as there are 2 or 3 times as many reputable casinos which CM doesn't endorse as well.

I hope it turns out OK for you, but it doesn't look good at the moment. :(
In the future, why not just stick to recommended places and avoid any such problems?

Also chat turns off at 9:00 EST. so not sure when you were trying in Germany.
 
I've got an e-mail yesterday as a response to my inquiery what is going on with my account and was told that it was "temporarily disabled for security and verification purposes" for reasons which "cannot be disclosed at the moment". But I have the chance that my account will be "reviewed for possible reactivation" if i send in a couple of documents.

I was wrong on the issue with the live chat, because they don't have a 24/7 one and are just operating within certain hours. So i talked later that day to the CS and got the impression that this is just a strange & crappy verification procedure.

They've got all the documents they wanted yesterday and i'll post and update when something new happens.

I was thinking about my post and thought maybe they only accepted US & Canada players and maybe that was your problem. I hope thats not the case, appears not to be and all works out for you... Cheers! :)
 
I asked them before depositing there if they accept players from Germany and if i can claim the bonus nad they said: yes...so it shouldn't be a problem.
 
It was a strange verification procedure...My account was unlocked 1 hour ago...i initiated a withdrawal via MB and i should get the money within 24-72H
 
Got the money today. Withdrawal time <48H...so everything is fine
