Just a brief reminder about our policies in Casinomeister's forum.

Player fraud is an extremely serious threat to the online casino industry - specifically multiple accounts and chargebacks. Members who chargeback or who have multiple accounts that are intended to defraud ANY online casino will forfeit their membership here. Your membership will be terminated with extreme prejudice. In other words, you won't be coming back.

We have had this policy for a number of years, but since I haven't mentioned this for awhile, perhaps this is a good time to remind everyone.

Unfortunately, I've had to implement this rule to one of our members 3mptyseat. He has a history at a handful of casinos with making chargebacks or threatening to chargeback.

We have a zero tolerance policy at Casinomeister when it comes to player fraud. Do it and your account will be closed.

How can you ban someone based on solid proof he is doing charge backs or even threatening charge backs, or committing fraud against casinos, and then oops, he has cleared his name? Apparently the proof was not so solid?

Just curious.

ME too courious...to much....

The reasons were solid. There was no "oops - I made a mistake" :p

Most casinos use iovation which is a database listing any claims submitted by those accepting CCs. There were two casinos that had submitted complaints - but these were reversed once 3mptyseat contacted the casinos. That's business between him and the casinos that originally lodged the complaints.

If a member is banned from the forum, and whatever it is that caused the ban is rectified, I usually (in most cases) lift the ban when the member asks me to reconsider the situation.
