It happened once and then once more 6 years later so the problem still exists. Sorry don't mean to poke fun but that's kinda silly when you think of it.

Anyhow, did you get a response back from support? If not, then try to PM the rep - personally I usually find I get a response quicker from iNetBet Promos than from Emily, she seems to be really busy all the time.

ok Now I sort of understand., I was playing real series games with my bonus instead of classic slots, so the playthru never went down, looks like they refunded my deposit, so my question is, is it standard do disallow any winnings from using a different slot when claiming a bonus? I guess I was playing real series instead such as Lucky Last, Santastic, Naughty or Nice Spring break

That is a common mistake. I've done it myself

They do understand that not everyone understand the difference between 3-reels(classics) and real series slots, so they always give you the chance to start over with your deposit.

Why they have all those strange different bonuses I can't answer. For me they were just confusing.

They have a lot of bonuscodes with restricted games there.
Also watch out for their no deposit bonuses. You can never use more than 2 without a deposit in between, and winnings from free tournaments are included there.
The rules are not easy to find but they are there, or you can always ask.
