Play OJO Withdrawal Problems

I am having withdrawal problems with PlayOJO.

I submitted my withdrawal in the normal way by wire transfer and then a few days later I received an email which said they couldn’t process it because my bank details were incorrect. They are the same details I have always used and I have made no changes.

I got in touch with support and they asked me to send my bank details again, which I did the same day. I got an email back from support acknowledging that they had had my bank details and that would escalate my withdrawal.

This morning I have had another email off support saying they haven’t got my bank details !!!!! It’s getting very frustrating ! I can’t get any sense out of their support.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

Have you been in contact with the support again after the latest mail, and if so, what did they say about it? Hopefully it's just some automated crap.

I've been playing on PlayOJO a bit but haven't managed to make a withdrawal yet so no experience with the withdrawal process. But it's weird since they pride themselves on offering "withdrawals without any hassle"..

Please can someone tell me, does the first withdrawal always take longer? My documents were verified yesterday but the funds still haven't been processed.

Most casino licenses require player verification before withdrawals, and this is the norm. In my experience, it is better to verify your casino account beforehand (make sure that the casino is licensed, find information about the regulator in the license on the Internet).

Also, in the general terms and conditions of any casino, you can find information about the necessary documents for verification, usually they include:
  • ID (a driver's license is ideal for this);
  • selfie with an ID (in cases where you are suspected of fraud);
  • Proof of address (bank statements showing your name and address);
  • Proof of payment method (bank statement showing deposits to the casino).
 
It was all verified yesterday and I was told it should take a few hours. I messaged again this morning to check they had all documents and was told it can take a few hours. To be honest I've seen lots of reviews stating it takes longer than other sites, I've been a member for years but never had a big win before so I will remember for next time. Thank you
