I am having withdrawal problems with PlayOJO.
I submitted my withdrawal in the normal way by wire transfer and then a few days later I received an email which said they couldn’t process it because my bank details were incorrect. They are the same details I have always used and I have made no changes.
I got in touch with support and they asked me to send my bank details again, which I did the same day. I got an email back from support acknowledging that they had had my bank details and that would escalate my withdrawal.
This morning I have had another email off support saying they haven’t got my bank details !!!!! It’s getting very frustrating ! I can’t get any sense out of their support.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
