to address the false accusations thrown at us in this thread
As far as I can see, the only accusations made here revolve around the fact that you have ridiculous wagering requirements on your bonuses.
None of them are accusations - they are facts.
This is the reason for offering one of the highest bonuses around.
What do you mean by 'highest'? $50 is a large free chip welcome bonus as those things go these days, but a 60xWR and $100 max withdrawal are laughable. One of the moderators at this forum posted some great information about just how much max withdrawals are a boon for the casino....they must be, because all the Rivals and some other groups are doing it.
we must take security measures against fraud and high risk acts. This is exactly why the wagering may vary for different promotions and player's profile.
Of course you must! Requesting 3 forms of ID and a signed faxback are the norm and seem to weed out the fraudsters. It doesnt make sense to have high WR and max cashouts to prevent fraud - it only penalises the honest players and does nothing to stop cheats etc - how much you wager and cashout is completely unrelated to fraud! If your security department is up to standard, they will catch these fraudsters at cashout time so what happens before that time is irrelevant.
What is a players' 'profile'? How can you 'profile' a player when they havent even played yet? Apart from country of residence of course....or unless you use the Rival shared database that doesnt officially exist.
I must also mention that we are not here to throw our money out of the window, yet we would always be glad to receive your feedbacks and new ideas regarding how we can improve our great product and offer you the great and fun experience Planet23 is all about
.
Fair enough - you are a business. Nobody disputes that.
However, on one hand you are saying that the feedback you have received in the forum so far is just 'false accusations', but on the other hand you are saying 'we are glad to receive feedback(s)'. So which is it? Do you only want to hear what you want to hear? Or what players really think?
Ive said it before, but first impressions are SO important when it comes to any new business ,especially online casinos. If a players' first reaction is "WTF??", then you've made the wrong impression, and you will just blend in with the rest of the white labels and be a small player.
Now, was that feedback or false accusations?
