There's so much input about Online Casino's here at CM that I think it would be cool to build the best online casino with everyone's suggestions inside a thread. Maybe let the thread run for X amount of days and then compile everyone's input and average things out to see what the finished product is. Let's create the perfect casino from the ground up and who knows maybe someone will listen and build the darn thing. The outcome of this could be very interesting when finished. This is a ground up thing so the following applies. Casino design, software provider, payout options, payout limits if any, etc. etc. etc... This is your perfect casino, suggestions please. :)

200% :D but honestly I was being serious with the above post. How about a casino showing proof of 98% payouts online, how?

32Red.

Merge 3dices instant payout with no docs needed and a couple of their games with 32red and you'd be close to the perfect casino. They both have brilliant customer service so there's no need to worry about that.

32Red.

It's said a million times round these parts - but it is actually true. I don't withdraw very often, but I have recently - and forgot how good that bit is too. Withdraw sometime Sunday evening and it's sat in your account by the time you get to work Monday morning!? Amazing.

Add that in to the instant support response etc and, yep, pretty much flawless.

No disallowed games while playing a bonus. Games that do not count towards playthrough, fine, but no games that void winnings if played. If a casino chooses not to have certain games allowed then those games should be unavailable to play.

I agree 110% with you! Do not allow the games to be activated if it is on the DNP list...or just allow all games with no MAX cashout...really , really bad these things..only online casinos can get away with this..

Hiya: They should have as many deposit/withdraw methods as possible. Remember, the one you leave out, just might be the one that the Whale was going to use.
They should have all the special Bonuses, birthdays, holidays, ect.

The Terms should be able to be understood by a 3rd grader. ie...Me. hehehe
They should have a Goal, to be the best OnLine Casino there is.
They should have ALL the Games. Some places have special games, like 3 wheel roulette, multiball roulette, added bets in Sic Bo, and so on. But some places Do Not have Craps, or Sic Bo, or some other games.

Everything should be in writing in the Terms an conditions. Both the Good and the Bad. This way, if they want to accuse someone of Bonus Abuse, they can just Copy: 27a: "If you meet play thru, and never made another bet, and never deposited a single penny of your own money, and only withdrew money from a Bonus, We will Bann your sorry Ass". This way there is never any question about it.

The table limits need to be High, and/or, able to be set Higher, at the players request. This way they can say, "Low roller to High roller, we welcome them all".

They should have a Q&A page on their website. I can not understand why most do not. This would save so much time and money, from many different players having to ask the same questions to customer service. How many times do they get asked, "if i deposit via visa, what are my withdraw options"?

And they need to be Active on various gambling message boards. How many players deposit at a Casino, just because they can post on a message board, the expierience they had, or because of the expieriences others had, or how different issues ended up being handled?

and remember, "Customer Service is an Attitude, not a Department".

I would say that what one person would call a perfect casino, another person would not and have their own ideas of what constitutes the perfect casino. Ask people what their perfect casino is and they will tell you what their favourite is.

The perfect casino should not only be abiding by a strict code of conduct such as what makes it become accredited here at CM, but also be setting the standard for others to follow. As KK has mentioned in his post many would agree 32Red are probably the closest at the moment to excellence.

Even with strict criteria to fulfill, it would still be subjective, as the casino conducting its business with impeccable behaviour may in the players mind be clouded due to many losses.

Perhaps a Michelin star rating similar to what restaurants use is whats needed. Rather than a pass or fail approach. 32Red would then be the Fat Duck of the online casinos, and the Virtual group the shabby van at the end of the street selling dodgy pies! :D

It would use MG's playcheck system to record player's bets and wins. I can't see a whole lot of room for improvement there.

No more delays getting requested stats and wondering about the accuracy of same.

There is one, a very SIMPLE ability to DOWNLOAD your stats in an industry recognised format, such as Excel CSV. The MGS system is AWFUL if you want to keep a record of a session, analyse for a particular event, or even calculate your payout ratio on certain games.

You are absolutely right, Love2winalot! All the terms and conditions should be on one page, not here, there, and everywhere. And they should be in an easy to understand format. No vague terms, no ambiguous terms that can be interpreted forty different ways. This seems to be the biggest and most frequent problem of gamblers. Not understanding the terms of a certain promotion, or missing the terms of this promotion because it was buried on some hidden page on the site.

ONE PAGE FOR ANY AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! PERIOD.

I like the live chat idea at 3Dice. Even if you don't chat much or play the tournaments it's kind of cool to be able to talk to other players at the casino in real time.

Very good point. One of my biggest gripes is the playthrough requirements, so I'd like to see those lowered to a reasonable level of play..

It's already here. 3Dice pretty much sums it up....responsive costumer service, fast....and I mean in seconds fast payout, and most important, no friggin' bullsh*t terms. Plus....what other casino has a manager that goes overboard to explain how things work in the casino...I have yet to see it.
 Enzo and team. Keep it up.
Another thing....all 3Dice slots are unique, and not new wine on old bottles, as some of the bigger casinos, who throw out new graphics on the same old engine, and call them "new games"....another  for that.
In my fantasy world they would be sending me a cheque every week, but then again ....I'm not gettin' that from ANY casino, online or landbased.
