Hey all

Anyone use Paysafe to deposit and encountered their new 2 factor authentication please?

Won't let me log in on desktop as per every other transaction

Installed the app (crap at this sort of stuff )

Put the verification code in, installed and working.

It then asks on the desktop for another code (which came via SMS) but there is nowhere to type it in ????

Can anyone PLEASE help me out, I am about to EXPLODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why they make this so frustrating I will never know!

Cheers!

When did that start i used paysafe at 4 today and worked fine.

PSD2 (Second Payment Services Directive) and related legislation require stronger authentication on most electronic payments (Strong Customer Authentication, SCA). The new rules enter into force on 14 September, 2019.

Are you using the paysafecard wallet? Or are you just trying to enter the 16 digit number in the casino deposit section?

I never use the mypaysafe wallet option anymore. A couple years ago their security department locked my account for a week with no explanation. I had a few hundred dollars in there. I called and emailed and they only told me the security department had their reasons. After a week, they unlocked it. I took my money out immediately. I never did find out why. Since then, I rarely use paysafecard, and if I do, it is voucher code only.

I have a similar issue but it is more of an error with the Skrill app on my phone.. At random it wants an additional security check and I have to add my password beside the usual pin.

After it does a capcha check and then I get an error message and cannot login my Skrill via phone.
Emailed them 10 days ago, no answer yet and I am even a Silver VIP with them for years.

As this is now also Paysafe Group I thought I might add it here.

The Skrill app sucks really.

You/we will no longer be able to use just the voucher code alone.

All Paysafe users will be made to create an acount, log in, deposit the voucher and top up a personal paysafe account from now on.

Al I can say is they have not made it very user friendly indeed.

Appreciate very few are without android these days but if they are then they won't be able to use it at all!

Yesterday, I ended up emailing them to ask for help, reply was "you can change details at anytime under the accounts setting area!

erm not if I cannot log in I can't, these things drive me nuts
