TB: Have you tried to fund your Netspend card via your available Paypal balance? Does that work, or do you have to wait the 4-5 days for an ACH deposit to the card?

PS: I would also be interested in depositing into a casino that offers a BJ friendly 100% bonus

I've transferred Paypal funds to my Wired Plastic card. It took about 3 business days to show on my WP account.

You have to wait the 4-5 days , I did that once just to try it out and it took 3 days , Usually i just go to a local place and fund it with cash
