Payment problems with rizk?

Hi all I have been having a problem with rizk now for over a week I have been promised my winnings but keep being told there is a problem with there payment people and that I will receive it another day, that day comes but no money, it has been like this now for 8 days 3 of which was a bank holiday so I'm excluding those, but I just wanted to ask some advice if anyone has had similar problems because I feel I am getting no where with live chat just being given false promises? I was told to find there rep here but I'm not sure how! CAN YOU HELP? Thanks all for reading

Its already been mentioned on another thread that there has been a via problem last week & rizk is trying to get it sorted which clearly will have a back log affect , so just be patient your get paid )

I'm having the exact same issue with Rizk, been waiting since the 21st for three refunds, keep being given new dates to recieve the payments and then they dont arrive. :(
 
UK Visa Withdrawals

Hi guys, yes you are correct that there was a problem somewhere between the payment provider and Visa last week for a day or two where Visa withdrawals were not processed correctly between the above two operators. We can only pass on the information that we have from these providers and keep the pressure on them to sort this out which they are doing. The latest update w had this morning was the Visa and the Payment provider are now re processing these transactions today and tomorrow at the latest.

Please note that this only applies to UK withdrawals via visa for a short time frame last week.

Once i have a further update for you i will share it here.
 
I am also being affected by this. Withdrawal made 26.04.2017, usually i would have the money in my bank (visa debit) the next day. Still nothing.

I have no doubt i'll get paid, these things do happen sometimes :(
 
Withdrawal issue

Hi all,

I withdrew from rizk on the 20-04-2017. And more withdrawals on the 27th and 28th. I still have received nothing into my bank account.

I am being told there is an issue with payment provider which I believe is true. I was just seein if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

Also, if anyone can let me know when the issue will be resolved so I can receive my winnings.

I've had an email which said it will be 1-3 working days from today, but to be honest I've been told this a couple of times since the 21.04.17 so god knows when it might arrive..... it's very frustrating.....

Atleast your getting some information. I am just getting "we can't give you a date, all we can do is keep chasing the payment provider"

But I did get £50 cash reward for inconvenience so that's not too bad.
 
Why is this not affecting any other casino, I got withdrawals from multiple casinos yesterday after bank holiday had finished.

If you have still not got the withdrawal from the 20th! That is a bloody disgrace, no excuse for such a long waiting time

This is the first time ive used Rizk, wish I'd not given them ago, i hate waiting for late refunds, there's always that worry it's not coming!
 
Short update and an answer

Hey guys, apologies in the delay for adding to this thread but to bring you up to speed.

The probable reason that this hasn't occurred with other casino's is probably because they use a different payment provider - there are hundreds of them out there and unfortunately we have picked one that seems to have had a major platform malfunction. We are routing all visa transaction through another provider after this problem was discovered but we still need to provide a resolution for those of you who have "stuck" withdrawals.

No-one should worry that they they wont get paid, there is a full list of every single transaction that went to the payment processor and once their platform is up and running again they will be processed at that point but every payment HAS been authorized by Rizk.

To be absolutely clear this problem ONLY affected UK players that requested withdrawals over a period of a couple of days in April.

I completely understand your frustrations as this is not the level of service that most of you have come to expect from Rizk and neither is it the level of service we aim to provide. We are writing to every single customer that is involved with this situation later this afternoon to explain the situation and we will write to them all again when we have a firm resolution.

I am informed by the payment provider that these transactions will be processed very soon but i am unwilling to pass on a time frame as i dont want to set any further expectation levels that are then missed.

Please look out for the e-mails that should be sent out in the next 2-3 hours. Our apologies again for this most unsatisfactory situation.

It's not only Rizk. I have been waiting for 4 withdrawals from Superlenny. Some of them dating back to around the 20th of April. I've been assured they are on their way to my account too :(
 
I have also had same issue I contacted the payment provider clearhaus and they emailed saying they should have it fix today and will send straight away to bank but will obviously take time to clear, when I checked Rizk they still didn't know any update but I did lol
 
Fuming

A refund from Rizk that i requested yesterday has arrived! However the £2150 from the 21.04.17 is still missing!! Live chat is unhelpful and unable to help. I work with payments/refunds everyday, i can't understand what can have gone wrong to literally take this long in 2017. Awful experience:(

Apologies again? There was no apology in your first post for people relying on their money to be transferred to their bank account. Some people really rely on that expectation to pay their expenses, or plan a purchase. I am also reading that your Live Chat reps have given people the run around or not explained the situation to them. How professional is any of that?

I am not affected but I work in marketing and customer service, the response is terrible for these people.

I have had examples of this dismissive attitude from other casinos before and to see a high ranking accredited casino show shades of the same thing is a really bad look.

I think I am finished with online casinos.
 
I would not worry guys, Rizk is up there with the best of the casino's

I know its a nightmare when things do not go right and waiting on cash but you have nothing to worry about

We have just spoken to Visa, and they have told us, that the credits are going through several approval steps, and according to these there has not been any issues yet, after the fix yesterday. But Visa will not be able to make a final approval/confirmation until late this afternoon.

But as it looks wright now there is nothing that indicates that the credits will not be processed.

Hi all, yes this is exactly the situation and the information we have just received, we are waiting a final confirmation from Visa that everything has been processed as it should. Assuming we receive that later this afternoon then I will update this thread and everyone that has been affected by this situation will also receive a direct mail from us confirming the resolution of this regrettable situation.
 
Confirmation of processing of outstanding payments

Hi all - for those of you involved, we have just now received confirmation for the payment processor that all the outstanding transactions have now been confirmed by Visa and that the outstanding transactions will start hitting your accounts in the next few days.

Those involved will receive a direct confirmation of this via e-mail in the coming hour or two.

It is of great regret that this situation occurred in the first place but thank you for your understanding in this matter.
 
Glad i have just seen that post from rizk saying that our money will be hitting our accounts in the next few days.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks :)
