Payment Methods - Canada

I am a little confused as to what payment methods are being accepted from Canadians.

Looks like Click2Pay is still available....Anyone used it lately ?
Moneybookers is OK
Eco Card is fine.
Instadebit is my preferred method
My Neteller is accessible but prohibited from gambling transactions
Never tried UseMyWallet...not sure how to set that one up.
UseMyBank wants a bunch of forms filled out.
Mastercard, Prepaid Money Mart Mastercard no longer work anywhere.
Never tried Click and Buy

Any other Canadians out there who've tried some of these ?

My Money Mart M/C works fine, C2P I also use regularly, use your M/C from Money Mart to fund C2P.
