Hey, everyone this is my first posting on the site. I usually set back and listen. This time I have a complaint. I hit for $575.00 at Wild Vegas casino back on April 3, 2013. I was told it would take 30 days to process the payment, or maybe less than 30days. It is now reaching 60 days and still no payout. I have talked to a lady several times named Megan and she says she has no clue what is taking so long. She sent it to the processor and doesn't know anything once it leaves her hands and has no way of checking. She says she is positive I will receive the withdrawal, but she doesn't know when. I have asked to speak to the manager and haven't got any kind of reply. You can't talk with her or anyone else except email. All I am getting is the run a round and they have no intentions of paying me. Is there something I can do? I would appreciate any kind of reply or advice if anyone has any input. Thanks
