Pay my card/CWC

Anybody had a w/d via 'pay my card' recently? What was the time frame like and would you like to put up a side wager that my payout will be pending til Monday? I requested a payout within the last hour. Thx for the feedback:thumbsup:

Withdrawal Tuesday last week-approved next day-as of today money not in my bank.

Prior to this week they had all been running 2-3 days to hit the bank in the last month.

They have been pushing okpay on me as well, I won't open an account there, and I use pre-paid cc, so no paycard for me.

The thing that bothers me is they told you the check you received yesterday is no good and you cannot cash it???

They credited my account for the $2500.00 check I got

I think there was an issue with one of their processors; this would cause a check to be voided. They should be in touch with you. And like just play mentioned, don't be tempted to play it back.

I won $27000.00 at the start of oct and have gotten $6000.00 but still had payouts pending that have been credited back to account and will not play untill something is straight

I have used pay2card many times it used to hit card in 2 days however now it takes about 4 days for me..... and on the checks from cwc, i opted for that option once, received the check, but had a terrible time trying to cash or deposit it, never happened. no address on check, is there now??? but, i must say that cw did put the money back in my account.

Reading this thread is so very discouraging

I had a Pay My Card approved on the 14 (last Tue) it is not yet in my bank. The only other time I used this option it only took 3 days.

This issue with these checks is pathetic. I'll give CW the benefit of the doubt and accept it as an issue with their processor. Still, it doesn't really matter who's fault it is. The end result is the same, they have their money that we lost and we DO NOT have our money that THEY lost.

Personally, I experienced the worst and longest losing streak EVER since last April--particularly at the CW Casinos. Once I finally started to catch a few wins, payment delays--of varying kinds and with varying excuses are enough to just make me want to swear it off completely once again.

I can gamble at B&Ms MORE than enough to satisfy my "needs." Of course, only I can decide when it is no longer worth it. A couple of more payment delays will probably do it for me.

This is what pisses me off...if they accept USA players, we SHOULD NOT have all these fees if people from other countries don't. It's not fair. If they are willling to accept our money than they should be willing to give us options EXACTLY like non USA players. Why should we be penalized? They accept us to play there.

So they send this player a check, that is bad, and wont wave the fee? Why not? CW just sent this player a bad check after a month of waiting.


Add...and the minimum withdrawal is ridiculous for a person who deposits $25-$50

Well this is just great news. I deposited a $2500 check on the 14th of Nov. and my bank is holding it for 5 days. Now I have no fricking idea if it will drop in tomorrow or if it won't be paid at all? I also got an email from them last Friday saying my PayMyCard withdraw is being delayed and should be in soon but no news yet. I also have another $2500 check on the way I've heard no news about. CWC, what's going on! Help us out, give us an update please on what is happening?
 
Ya, I am tyring to be patient as well with them, I actually have now 4 withdrawals that have not happened. Two weeks ago, their PayMyCard did not work correctly, now they are advocating using that because courier service is acting up. That said, their email about it was RUDE.
 
Ok, so i just had a long and frustrating chat with customer service. Will post the transcript later. Needless to say, if you get an email offering you free chip bonus note the following (although still not sure how this came up yet)

"All free chips regardless of playthrough amounts are removed from any winnings after you have played through the required number of spins" So that old saying that nothing is free really does apply lol

There are two separate issues here.

First, we received a notification today from the cheque processor that a bunch of cheques that we have issued recently will not clear. We have credited all the funds back to the affected player’s casino balance and notified them by email.

The second issue is that there was a technical issue with the banking system for the PayMyCard withdrawals. Essentially the batch files we were uploading were being garbled by the processor’s admin system. We realised there was a problem late last week and ensured that all payments were successfully passed through to the bank. I have checked again this morning and everything is on track for these payments to clear any time now. Once again, all affected players were contacted to explain this.

It is certainly a challenging time at the moment and I do apologise for the delays. We are working hard to ensure that all our players receive their funds as quickly as possible.

I won't play there until their payment issues have been solved. What's the point? If I were to win big and then have these issues?

Last time I won at CWC, there was a problem with my address, emails unanswered in a timely fashion and that 48 hour pending time,( which really pisses me off) and no weekend cashouts even into e-wallets.

I like them and I am grateful for my winnings in the past but this really HAS to be addressed.

Thank you for addressing this on this forum as I really like your company and usually customer service is really good, but even you have to admit, getting a straight answer from reps online is difficult and emails from them should be professional, not rude. Granted it could be a wording error, but it is not difficult to give your customers an honest answer.

Does that mean I need to throw away check and try again. this has been a long frustrating mess and hop it gets taken care of. To have everything credited back to account and have to redo it all seems like that is not right and cashier will say you have to wait another week before you make a withdraw.

Seems to me that the right thing to do for players such as you that have to "redo" would be to ensure that once the new payment method is selected, the withdrawal gets approved straight away and not be subjected to further Pending/waiting periods.

Hope this is the case for all those affected.

I always have a problem withdrawing from cwc. I have used ACH..pay my card...and check in the past. All very long delays with one excuse after another. After reading the nightmares a few months ago..it seemed the best pay method (at that time) was courier check for USA players. Well, I requested a withdrawal last week Nov14 via courier check. For 3 days didnt hear anything about it. Found out thru account activity that it was approved on the 16th. I came here this morning to find a new set of nightmares with the courier check method .No emails no nothing from cwc. Contacted support a few minutes ago. Was told there is a problem with courier check method. Nothing about what the problem is though. Apparently the check method has been a problem for weeks so why oh why would cwc not say something about it!!! Now I dont want a check if it can not be cashed!!! I wish I came here before withdrawing so I knew what was going on. Come on cwc...get it together...and like I have said many times before...Keep Your Loyal Players imformed. I never get any info from them unless I initiate contact and even then its always the same old crap. Vague answers:cool:
 
My prior payout requests also posting this AM. Now just waiting on the big ones which should post sometime next week. I also heard back from Stephan the customer service rep who sent me the appearingly "rude" email. After reading it a few times he apologized and realized how that email seemed to the receiver and apologized because it was not what he meant to say and I appreciated that. CWC is back on my A list.

This is actually a standard bank policy for any check over $1,000.00. Anything over $5,000.00is held for 10 days. However, over a period of time within that five days they will clear portions of it. I have banked with my bank for almost 8 years now and they clear portions of it over time. This is not the fault of the casino but standard US banking practices.

So I wanted to give a heads up to Club World players that withdrawals are probably not going to be processed for the next few days until they fix their processing issues. I want to thank Karolina and Club World Cashiers for their prompt response to my inquires. I am a little disappointed it is what it is. I'll get through the long weekend without reversing.
 
No Word on Courier Cheque

I too have been waiting on a Courier Cheque from Aladdins Gold... Since Nov. 13. I have spoken with support numerous times in regard to this matter. The ONLY thing I have been told is that is was processed on Nov.13?! I have received no emails nor been told by support that they are experiencing processing issues! And I just spoke with them!! As a long time loyal customer an HONEST up-front response would have been appreciated!!! Thankfully this forum has provided me some clue as to what is going on!!! Until they respond in a truthful manner... I am stuck waiting for a (bad?) check or for it to show up in my account with no explaination?! Not Good!!! Loyal players deserve better!!!

Apparently it was working for a time and then went back down again. I was told my two big cashouts for 1k and 900 would be approved next day, its been several so i sent a request asking whats wrong this time..... I know they are working on it but just wish their cashiers would communicate with customer service so that we get correct answers and correct time frames.

CWC pay my card problems

I am having issues with a CWC paymycard WD requested on 12/4 & still nothing. Do they have a rep on this board who can help? Just keep getting the response that they will email the cashier from live chat. This is ridiculous.:mad:
 
I used the paymycard option on two withdrawls that were approved last week.

I just realized that the account I had registered with paymycard is closed. OMG What an idiot

Now I have forced my own delay. :eek:

Ohhhh, yeah that hurts. I hate when I do something like that and then want to kick myself. I did a direct deposit with my income taxes into a savings account last year. Duh. they don't accept savings accounts. And when you're all about instant gratification any extra wait is PAINFUL.
