Pattern Recognition Software

Here's a question for anyone who would like to answer it.

I've heard that when playing a casino game such as Baccarat, that after a certain amount of time, the casino software will start to recognize if you are using a particular winning pattern and will "adjust" to that pattern so it will no longer be profitable for you.
Also, to prevent this, when you log off, you should delete your cookies and empty your cache.

How much of this is true and if it is, how do you counter act the casino "adjustment" to your pattern?

In theory, Baccarat if randomly dealt can't be overcome by any player pattern of choices.

A program could be written of non-random Baccarat that adjusted to player choices to take in more money. Player bets on Bank, the cards come out for a Player win.

If that's the case, cookies and caches aren't necessary. There's no point in playing at such a site, because it's cheating you in real time, just like a crooked dealer.

I am more inclined towards a inbuilt 'low variance' approach by software.
Which the player gets, but the dealer does not, but the overall return over a million hands, is relatively correct.
The players side of the curve is 'smoothed' so to speak.
other places just build slot machines.
