First of all, Escomike. It is always nice to see new members and to Welcome them. And new members should, in turn, look around the forum, the rules, how to post. Then after reading the rules they would have let you know about the correct thing to do, and the correct ways of complaining.

Otherwise, a lot of older members will teach you, some not so pleasantly, either!
