I just wanted to take a breather from the PABs (I'm catching up with the end of August at the moment) and share with you another episode of rogueness from the Virtual Casino Group.

This is from Palace of Chance - an unregulated unlicensed clip-shot joint nestled in happy clappy Costa Rica.

This player won $8450 from a random jackpot at the beginning of last month - and guess what? They delay her payments <gasp!> - so natually she complains (what do you expect POC?).

Her complaint:

The problem: I won the random jackpot August 2nd of $8450 have saved all of my correspondence from the manager and was sent $1500 and then $383. They still owe me $1000 and he called today and he told me I wasnt getting any money because I had complained to you about his company... told me to screw myself... I have all the documentation and emails from him that assured me I would get paid.

He kicked me out of his casino so I can no longer live chat with anyone. What do I do? He also said there was nothing I could do because of their location...

The Palace of Chance manager used to be a member here. But he opted out of the forum telling me he wanted no part of forum that deals with bonus abusers. Here is an except from his email:

I DO NOT WANT BE A PART OF A BONUS ABUSER WEBSITS.

THANK YOU KINDLY, for the SECOND TIME!!!!

TAKE ME OFF THE LIST NOW!!!!

Such professionalism...but what do you expect? And as for not paying this player, I never got to her PAB before he decided not to pay.

If any member of this forum still has an account there, you ought to have your head examined.

told me to screw myself

Ahhhh yes... an excellent example of how to treat a customer. Not! :eek2: Not only unprofessional, but childish in the extreme. :baby:

How does this place keep getting players?? For heaven's sake people, just because this rip joint may have paid you once, it certainly doesn't mean they'll pay you the next time! :xxx Don't let their stupid bonuses skew your thinking.

NEVER PLAY AT ANY OF THE VIRTUAL CASINO GROUP!!

Just another example of what SCUM the Virtual group truly are...

You have a true "GOOF" in "Virtual Danny"... using the tragedy of 9/11 to offer "great bonuses"...

And you have the cocky and pompous Chris DiAngelo from POC sending Bryan his ridiculous rants and refusing to respond to anyone with a complaint on this forum... how "professional"... :icon_evil

The Casinomeister summed it up perfectly with this:

If any member of this forum still has an account there, you ought to have your head examined.

People... you all have been hearing this for YEARS... here on Casinomeister... and on numerous other gambling forums...

THE VIRTUAL CASINO GROUP ARE THIEVES AND SCUM!!

** STAY AWAY **

People, you can talk and bitch all you want here about BAD casinos, but if you really want to do something about it go to other places and let others know of the bad practices. The majority of the readers on this forum are well versed in where they should and should not play. I hate seeing the person who writes " I wish I had come here first before I played there". We as readers of this forum who want to try and clean up the industry need to locate these players before they have an opportunity to try the bad places.

We don't really stand a chance, as these operations use every spamming trick in the book to get noticed. If we spammed casinomeister just as vigorously we might stand half a chance of reaching the potential players first, but this would be stooping to the level of the prolific spammers.
I expect the big bonus promoting sites are to blame for a considerable portion of the traffic, as these are players looking for a casino to take their money. The promotions from this lot are just so generous, that if you take them at face value, you would not think of playing elsewhere. It is only when searching for help when the casino refuses to pay that Casinomeister turns up in searches.
If these bonus promoting affiliates could be persuaded to blacklist these casinos, half the battle would be won (this assumes these affiliates are not simply in on the scam because they get paid more from the money raked in by screwing over the players).

Vinylweatherman,
When I wrote the terms and conditions and rules for a casino I ran, I had a dispute tab that had a link here to Casinomeister and to the RTG goverening body at the time. I think that all casinos should have a dispute/ grievance section as part of their rules. It would be nice if players pushed their casinos where they play to help guide players to the places that can help them, that they may not know about. When I worked for an Evil family of casinos, we did a survey of our players and found out that the majority of our players were playing in 6 or more casinos a week, and this % has held true in other places I have been, so most players it was not there "First" time in a casino that they got screwed, maybe just the first time they got screwed by that casino.

Could start an affiliate blacklist

Rogueaffiliates.com ?

I believe the biggest aid is Google, and when the players search for Palace of Chance they will eventually stumble on the Casinomeister threads. Unfortunately the specific keywords "Palace of Chance" list Casinomeisters Palace of Chance no-pay thread only on the second page, but most often Casinomeister lists on the first google search page.

RE:palace of Chance

When exactly did POC become a Virtual outfit? I can remember playing there in 02-03 and they paid fine. I think they were part of the Vegas Lucky group. The management back then was pretty friendly and quick. It's a shame to see a one time decent casino turn rogue like this.
