First thing is to read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures wherein you will find this:
If that doesn’t answer your question — which I have understood to mean “how long does it take the PAB process to arrive at a conclusion?” — perhaps you could explain what you mean by "verdict to finalize”.

i just mean "completion of the arbitration process"
