I filed a complaint 5 days ago about a casino that advertises here. Nobody from Casinomeister has responded to my problem. Does anyone know who I can contact directly to make some progress with my grievance?

Jeeze dude, give it a few days. There was a weekend in the middle as well. Max does have a life you know. :rolleyes:
 
Actually Max submitted this to the casino on the 27th, the casino responded, and now they are referring to management on this. We're waiting on word from them.

Your PAB was sent on the 26th and posted (logged into our PAB system) on the 27th. It was submitted to the rep the same day. He said he wanted to get in touch with the casino managers about it and asked me to wait. I am.

Normally I send out a "PAB received" PM when I log these into the system but it looks like I forgot to do that in your case, possibly due to the fact that your PAB was logged in on a Friday which is normally a pretty busy day for me.

I'll send you that "PAB received" message now. ;)

I am truly very sorry!

I hadn't received any verification of receipt so I was worried that perhaps the complaint had not been received. I just was hoping to find out who handles the complaints so I could ask him/her directly. Now I know!

BTW - Thank you for taking care of this. I would have loved to do it myself but they have simply stopped responding to me. Please don't hesite to contact me if you need any additional information.

No worries, but you could have asked what you wanted to know, namely "who do I contact to find out the status of my PAB?" Any number of active members could have helped you out, and would have.
