Most likely this is just a skin for an already existing casino much like the multiple casinos that Virtual and Windows casino claim are 'different' casinos. When you download the software it is just the same casino. It is just an affiliate program. I guess the $29.95 would pay for the domain name, hosting and website that they provide. I would just join an affiliate program that is free to join like Vegas Partner or similar and then use your money for marketing. Can you post the website you are talking about here so we can see it? Maybe the website you mentioned is doing something different than what I said but I would like to see it.

I don't like to make spam in this forum, maybe It is just an affiliate program.
But what are the advantage for someone who begin this activity?

These are white label casinos. There are lots of them - some are totally free, some are cheap, some expensive.

The price usually depends on the degree of customization. If they just get a new front it is cheap, if it only lists the name of your choice it's free.

If they are customized with your name throughout, it costs.

There are major brand software casinos available as well as small brands and fly-by-night ones. Quality varies by the specific provider. Some can be respectable. Most are not.

Some you host on a server of your choice and buy a real domain for, most are hosted by the company and you just name them, no domain purchase - they reroute to you. (you need to trust them to do this).

There are thousands of them out there and most of them have never seen a single player.

You don't really "own" the casino - it just means that you are the only person promoting it (unless you get some affiliates to work for you). Since most of the people obtaining one of these casinos just want to "own" a casino and have no idea about how to promote it, they just sit there.

If you are good at promotion, you can make some money with these. The percentage of profits you get is somewhat higher than the usual affiliate percentage. But, on the other hand, if you are skilled anough to be successful with one of those, you can also ask affiliate programs for a raise of percentage and make the same money without the trouble.

Personally, I think they are a nuisance and too many of them are fly by night.

Thanks for your answer

Yeah I saw this but found you could join the World Games Inc casino for free and technically have your own casino as everyone who enters must have an upline ie you. You earn commision on every bet too so makes more sense. Not sure of its legality in the US though.

It is legal in the US because you do NOT OWN the casino. You get to name a casino front page and you get to find players and try to convince them to play there, in exchange for a % of the profits the casino makes.

It is no different from any affiliate contract.

World Games Inc. is currently not available in the U.S. and they do not have a launch date for the U.S. market. When someone from the U.S. tries to access the WGI site they will receive a 'blocked jurisdiction' message. Just recently they have introduced a free membership with the option to upgrade to paid which virtually kills all the negativity out there about it being a pyramid. You no longer need to pay to become a member and enjoy their casino games and lotteries etc. No selling needed. Not sure if this will make them compliant with U.S. regulations and speed up the launch date.
