I can play land based machines @94% with a loyalty card that adds 1% redemption by the way of play through without an audit trail from the banks and any winnings are almost instantly paid.
Given the right way to avoid issues with credit scores etc. you need to use a virtual card that charges to deposit and withdraw in many cases.
My best guess is a charge upstream and downstream that is between 3 & 4% combined and with the newer fast payments options that some casinos offer there are further fees to consider, are my maths wrong?
