I have been playing at 32red consistently week after week, deposit after deposit, sure I've had some wins here, but overall my experience here outweighs any enjoyment when viewing my deposits and withdraws. Bad session after bad session, I have been a loyal player here for over 8 years, I am a club rouge member, I do NOT play at any other place than 32red.

I am in the process of finding out my deposit history in full and withdrawals

I;ll keep you posted , This is not a bogus thread , I am an average person , who has learned a valuable lesson, if you do win its only a credit card refund!

You are not the first person to start a thread like this and so I'm saying to all of you...
What do you expect?
Gambling is obviously a pastime full of risk. The casino always has the edge over the player, so in the long run we are all expected to lose.
(Doesn't mean you HAVE to lose though - I won for 9-years straight online)
But it is also a risk for the casinos, as some players do get lucky and beat the house - in a BIG way sometimes.

Also, like the others before you - you give no clues as to why you're not cashing out; Which games are you playing? What bet sizes are you playing - and on what size bank-roll? Are you using bonuses? What is your criteria for making a cash-out?

End of the day though, if you feel you're not getting enough entertainment or chances of a big win at 32Red (i.e. you don't think you're getting value for money), maybe it's time for you to move on and try a different casino - a different software...? You wont find better Customer Service anywhere else, but you might get some better luck.

Good luck and Welcome to the Forum!

I'm sorry your experience hasn't been good.

Of course the casino is ahead... it is for all but a handful of either very lucky or short-term players.

Gambling, both online and offline, has been the road to ruin for a lot of people. I usually find it easier to exercise control online than when I visit a land-based casino, but not everyone is the same.

Gambling on credit is always a bad idea IMO. Add the high cost of credit card debt to the house edge, and you are sure to be an even bigger loser.

Best wishes for your future. Find a Gamblers Anonymous meeting, and install Gamblock on your computer.

You had wins? You're doing better than some people.

If it's costing you more than you can afford to lose, stop playing.

If you don't feel you're getting your money's worth, stop playing.

I tried 32Red. I couldn't win either but I don't blame the casino. I think any MGS casino you play is going to play pretty much the same. The casino has no control over it. If you want to play at an MGS casino then 32Red is about as good as you're going to get. If the software doesn't do it for you then find something that does.

By the way, comparing your deposits to your withdrawals is meaningless. Anyone can never make a withdrawal if they never hit the withdraw button.

Thank you for Your replies

This is the email 32red have sent me for my deposits and withdrawals

"Your overall deposits are £101,142.40 and your total withdrawals are £78,930.50.

I hope this helps if we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

You entitled this thread "Road to ruin."

The reality is you can keep gambling for the rest of your life but you're probably not going to win back your money.

If that's the road you're on, just get off.

The B&M casino road ain't much better. Lost over $10,000 playing progressive 8/5 JOB in Vegas over the weekend. Lost count of the times I ended up with 4 to the royal.

Being on a losing streak really does suck, and it is frustrating as all hell, we have all been there. Myself, been there a long time!

But what you need to realize,(and please don't take this the wrong way) that there is no one to blame here but yourself. No one forced you to keep making deposits, and it sort of sounds like you might have been trying to "chase" your losses. Which is not a good thing. In my opinion, there is no skill involved playing slots at an online casino. It is all "pure luck".

You have said that you have been playing at 32red for 8 years, so you must understand what I am saying, even playing cards, nothing is guaranteed that the out come will be in your favor. And again, I am sure you already know this. But at some point you must cut your losses and move on. I think now is the time to do so.

I feel your pain, and when you see figures like the ones you have posted, I am sure it infuriated you even more. With that frustration comes with rage, and bitterness. But I must remind you, gambling on line should be for recreation, not a means of income. If your constant depositing is putting you in financial ruin, then you need to stop and stop now. Because I wouldn't risk financial ruin for trying to hit the "big one" to come out even. It is not worth it. And it might not happen. The chances of this not happening are greater than that of it happening. It is not worth it.

If you are going to continue with online gaming, then set some limits for yourself. Change where you are playing at. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend it, if I were you, I would quit now.

Please don't take what I wrote as me trying to kick you when your down, because it is not meant to be that way. I am just trying to make you see that nothing with online gaming is worth losing everything you own or your sanity over.

Oh I have closed the casino completely and I never played the slots ,

My games was a poker game "Aces and Faces " the Game is so rigged that if you try to double your winnings you face almost 80% of the time High unbeatable face cards, Ace or King mostly and if you do beat the first card They always get you on the second card double , Not that I was doubling pokers or houses , just the smaller wins, The game is Not random based on my play time .

I did however win £8000 one night with a £10 bet but that was complete accident by hitting the bet Max while on a £2 stake , Mind you the win was only a percentage of what I had lost that year , and I have gave it back over the past 2 years.

Notably the games play much more horrific after I had banked the £8000.

Thank you for all your replies and listen I am not bitching about online gambling , I am aware of the dangers but honestly if any of you can get away from this , do so , in the end you will thank yourself and you will be much happier. I sincerely hope If just one person heeds my warning then this post will not be in vain.

So you're saying everyone should quit gambling online based on your losing streak? Maybe some people don't really gamble what they can't afford to lose. Maybe some people gamble just for entertainment and know before they deposit that the chances of them coming out ahead on any given day are usually pretty slim. Maybe some people only gamble on occasion out of bordom and could really take it or leave it. Maybe some people are even ahead over all.

Actually, you're probably right. Everyone close all your accounts now. At the very least Gerdd wouldn't have started this thread in vain. You'll be much happier and you'll not only have Gerdd to thank but you'll thank yourself too!

Hi Gerdd and welcome to Casinomeister, gambling is a risk but also a form of entertainment, if you no longer are entertained by it, then it is wise to quit and find a more favorable hobby.

I am not saying for anyone to do anything , Skiny , I feel this is my own personal view based on my online experience , its totally a matter of free will to choose to play. I am not against gambling. I know my limits , its not based on one losing streak , but many.

Oh boy Gerdd, not quite sure just what to say further to you.

You've been playing online for quite a while, and those are pretty hefty numbers. I can't recall just the thread, but someone said did you have $xxK worth of fun in relation to someone else's losses.

Are you gambling off-line as well? You are no longer a kid,but I know you grew up in a culture where gambling was easily available, as did I.

One of our very respected members used to lose a lot, now he loses a little. Finds as much satisfaction at working $20 up to $50 or $100 as he did with working $200 up to $1000, without the associated cost.

You are still here, and not at a GA meeting, tells me you don't want to quit just yet.

You will never ger your money back. Just accept it, you will be happier.

You have lost $23K in 8 years, or around $80 a week. For someone that gambles a lot, seems not unreasonable. You could totally have other things for that $80 weekly. But what other things would you have? If you didn't spend it online, would you spend it offline gambling? Or drapes or video games or take-out or mates at the pub? I'm assuming most of that $78K winnings funded gambling 100K.

Step back and get your affairs in order. Whether you continue to gamble or not is your choice, you'll find support for both camps here. You will find a lot of support for gambling within your budget, including deposit limits at accredited casinos.
