Good morning everyone hope you all have a lovely day , backstory I opened an account with a casino back in 2016 the account never got verified at sign up I used the no deposit £10 bonus didn’t win anything I totally forgot about this account and reopened another account in 2018 with the same name DOB and nearly the same email address I was allowed to claim the £10 bonus I then won £3788 after spinning nearly 400 times I have the SARS report so I can see all this the casinos reason for not paying me are duplicate accounts but I genuinely forgot about the 2016 account and if it was verified I would never of been allowed to sign up to the 2018 account I do have a dispute open and wondering what my chances would be of winning the dispute, thankyou 😊

Hello,

It sounds like enough of your registration data had changed that your two profiles did not match. If my guess is correct then:
  • that would explain why you were able to re-register without difficulty.
  • it would not bode well for your chances of winning a dispute: accident or not two different accounts = multiple accounts.
If the casino has a rep here on the forums — iGaming reps — then your best bet would be to contact them directly and proceed from there.

The terms should specify that the bonus will only be valid once per person / household or IP address. If the casino can prove you are the same person, your claim to the winnings will probably be null and void.

Further to this, If the amount was won on a No Deposit Bonus, the chances are that there is a max cashout. So, even if they decide to honour the winnings, you would probably be up for a maximum of £100.

Thankyou for your reply I had a email yesterday it’s with the senior management and I will hear back in 5 working days it’s with the eCOGRA so hopefully I get a good outcome as I should get my winnings the first account was never verified when it should of been if it was I would of never been allowed to open the second account as it would of blocked me from playing not long and I will find out
