I haven't been able to find any information on this site regarding RTG casino One Club. Have you ever heard of them or received any feedback. I did a google search, but couldn't find any comments from players regarding payouts or general experience.

Please advise.

Looks to me as if they're a member of the main street group. They all have the same support phone number - 1-877-691-5124.
 
Hi i remember a topic about this casino awhile back on anouther forum where they offerd a free chip.
Did a search and cant find the topic now, And dont remember the code.

But i do recall one post where a member said that there pay back ratio was pathetic and they would nether put there money into a casino with a that bad ratio.

I try to find the pay back ratio on there site but couldnt, So i cant back that statement myself.

I havent looked at there web site recently but im sure some wise guy will be along shortly and give you all the figures and facts.
 
all i know is that as of 2 months ago they didn't have the free $10 chip offer anymore even though at least 2 sites promoting casinos had them listed as such and when i contacted their support about it they said unfortunatly the ads are wrong so sorry....:confused:

To clarify, OneClub is not part of the Mainstreet Group but we do offer player support.

Surely if they're offering support to players, they must have access to player info/wagering/personal details?

I can't imagine a casino outsourcing its support functionality to a potential rival in the same business!?

Unless they share the same dedicated independent 'support function' (like some Wagerworks casinos) - but that's not what they're saying?..

Dunno... Seems weird.

I would hope they have player info available to them, if they're going to provide support to their players! Otherwise, there's very little that their support could do except pass on information to the casino, and provide direct support for technical issues.

If the latter is true, then I'm in the wrong business. I should contract myself out and provide tech support for casinos!

That is just a simply ignorant response. If you have nothing constructive to say, stay out of this thread.
 
I've been waiting for over 3 months for my winnings of $850.
There live-chat personel (mainstreet group) is quite friendly, but they always come with the same rogueish answers to my question "when will I finally get my money?"
- "we had an error in our system when you deposited"
- "we never got your money from clickandbuy" ( c&b is my deposit method )
- "there was an error transferring your winnings to moneybookers"
- "this case is under investigation from our security and financial department"
- "you will get the money this week"
And I am still waiting.. Any representatives from the Mainstreet Group on CM, maybe it will speed up things..

So, my conclusion: rogueish operation, avoid if you like to get paid..

Hello Jason,

First of all let me start by thanking you for the fast response and handling of my winnings! As we speak it's on my Moneybookers account.
As for the reason why the payout was slow, maybe you can send me a private message about that if you rather not make the reason public.

What I am still wondering is what people who don't know this site would do in these kind of cases. How many people would give up eventually because the customer service can't give clear answers..
