Older versions of Survivor, Slotto, Twilight Zone?

There was a older version of Survivor with the bonus game where you had to walk across hot coals, or cookout with wild animals, or go across a ladder by hand. Every casino around had one or two banks of them and they were very popular and now I can't find them anywhere. The old Slotto with the balls in a tank on the top, same thing, very popular a couple of years ago now gone. I played a great Twilight Zone in Vegas a couple of years ago and that is gone also. All have been replaced by lame games of the same name. Why would a casino remove some of their most popular games? Anybody know if these older versions are still in play anywhere in the states? I go away once a year strictly for slot playing and would actually plan to visit an establishment just to play these particular games.

Played the slotto also couple of years back, this year in Vegas I never saw one. Don't know what happened maybe the contracts were ended and they now have a new contract with new slots.
