Hiya: Well We leave tomorrow afternoon for Morong, Bataan, Philippines. Near Subic Bay. ....:) This is a 5 week vacation, and prelude to me moving there permanently next march, and Gloria to follow later in the year.

I will be playing 3 ball Roulette at Betvoyager. I wanted to play 3 Wheel Roulette at Boyles, but was told they do not allow players from the Philippines.........

So, i will also play at 3dice, for their Sic Bo. However, if you all have some input, as to what you all think is the best place to play, "for someone not in the US", then post it here. I would like to have 3-5 Casino's total. No Bonus will be taken, so that is not important.

Of note, Neteller, and Moneybookers also do not allow transactions from the Philippines. I was told, "weak anti money laundering laws" was the reason. I will be trying out different Methods of getting money into/out of Casino's. I will also be testing the System.......that being......Is it where the bank/debit card was purchased/located at, or is it the actual location of the transaction request?

Here is a Pic of what the Casino industry helped paid for. This was bare land, "my brotherinlaw", and so we built this. It is Marble/granite/redwood, and so on. The total cost was right at $63,000........and is paid for. I have not even got to see it yet ,in person.

I will take winning screen shots, and follow up with any usefull information.

Congrats on your vacation and eventual move to the Philippines! It's great that your "hobby" will help move you there.

That's a nice house, though I'm not sure I would trust work being done in the Philippines without me being there to check things out.

I just started with Betvoyager a few days ago playing the zero edge, no zero roulette. I think this place will be your best bet, but I'm looking to playing some roulette from NetEnt software soon. I would also like to try out Betfair's zero edge roulette but I need to build up some bankroll to meet their minimums.

I played Bet365 but their low limit roulette is too slow and has two zero's.

Here is my experience with payment issues...

You will need to get a Philippines bank account and some sort of mastercard or visa. If you have problems getting the cards or getting them working then you might need to stick to alternative options.

The following options work from the Philippines and each of them are good, but you need to make sure you sign up with all details from the Philippines, including bank account and cards. If you sign up with a U.S. address, IP, or credit card then you will get blocked or denied registration right away. You might also consider getting some sort of Philippines ID such as a drivers license though I believe that the casino's and payment providers would be okay with you having to show a U.S. passport for verification purposes.

Click2pay: Probably the better of the available options. Check the forums at PokerManila, there is a lot of info there on using Click2Pay. I believe there is even a free way to load your account by visiting Banco De Oro (BDO) and paying directly to the Click2Pay account. You can also order a debit card.

Entropay: Looks good but no comment. There is also info about this method in the PokerManila forums.

ClickandBuy: Pretty sure this method works but I'm not totally sure.

Here are the options which I know don't work.

Paypal: Only in certain countries in Europe.

Neteller: Philippines in not an option.

Moneybookers: No longer allows Philippines to use for gambling purposes.

Alternative Methods:

Bank wire: Never tried, so not sure what problems you might run into but this is probably one of the most reliable methods.

Western Union: Expensive but should work fine.

Webmoney: I'm currently using this option because Betvoyager accepted it and I was able to get money into this system without too many problems. Betvoyager also accepts a minimum of $1 deposits. I just traded $1 in Paypal for $1 webmoney with someone I met through an e-currency exchange forum and I was on my way. There are several great casino's which accept this currency and you can wire your Webmoney to your bank account.

Other notes:

Several casino's have download software which blocks the Philippines. I'm not sure who the provider is exactly as it hasn't been a big deal for me yet.

Smartmoney has a prepaid debit card with a Mastercard symbol but I have only been able to get it to work on one casino. The card works through BDO.

I signed up with a bank account through BPI and my debit card only works for ATM's. You might want to take a look at BDO to get a debit card with a Mastercard symbol. I'm not sure how well it works though.

Really nice house - and for only $63 000 :notworthy love2win - how about some internal shots, and what sort of view does it have?

Enjoy your vacation!

Now, to put it in perspective, this is the philippines after all. Gloria's, "my wife" younger brother has down syndrome, he will turn 24 this friday. We have send money each month for the last 18 years. Here is a Pic of my sisterinlaws house that they had lived in for many years, until we built the house on the land next to it. And, NO, it does not leak, even in storms. Hmmmm, maybe they should build houses here in Vegas out of Bamboo, because every apartment complex i ever managed here, had units that leaked in the rain..........

A while back i got a check from Bodog for $880. I used it to buy this Beach Lot, that is down the road from the house. ie, a 5 minute walk. The house overlooks a rice patty field, and just beyound that is the Ocean. So part of the view is the Ocean. I will later, "using winnings from betvoyager", build a small beach house on this lot.

To support everyone here, comfortably, will cost between $1000-$1200 a month. Hmmmmm, i think that is around $40 a day........;)

ps: I am still taking advice on what Casinos to open accounts at....

Many thanks, your home looks as good inside as it does out - is it timber frame or bricks and mortar construction?

That beach plot appears to have plenty of potential too!
