I do know that 24hpoker (.com) has been around for some time and I noticed noxwin has certification on PAP.

I've played with 24h long ago, but from what I remember I didn't really encounter any problems. But it was some time ago.

Noxwin is a part of Entraction turnkey network, with license held on Malta. Entraction has been in business for like 10 years already, so no worries, except you start to abuse T&C
