Novibet - Unfairly Treated?

I don't know if I'm allowed to name (& shame) online review sites. But I just feel that Novibet get a real hard time of things, and feel it my duty to stick up for them.
Novibet are an accredited site fgs! This title had to be earned!

Am I right to assume that Trustpilot is full of sh*t? In fact, you don't even need to answer that. Because I know they are.

It always amazes me why people after experiencing a losing run at a casino, feel the need to jump online and immediately blame their misfortune on the place they played. Excuses such as "The games are fixed" Or "They've deliberately lowered the RTP" are common and absolutely comical. People need to get their heads outta their asses!

Novibet's a stellar place to play.......as are many others I'm sure. I reckon it's about time 'review' sites such as Trustpilot, were shut down.

we are complaing about the lack of why withdrawals are being delayed, and lack of answers too why the delay, i do not see any disparaging comments, we just want an answer.

Just looking at Novibet's score on Trustpilot you'd think they straight up rogue. I've always assumed them to be a good outfit and praised to the hilt on here?

General theme appears to be payment- stalling and KYC/ SoW troubles, with some gameplay woes thrown in. I was of the belief Trustpilot didn't favour biased, subjective gambling experiences en masse.....not sure I'd count that as a review. If the site's riddled with technical glitches and so forth then that's another matter and worthy of getting players' attention.

I tend to view Trustpilot as an ok review aggregator, though not perfect. What is? If after two years of this thread's inception the score for Novibet is still mired in 1.7 out of 5, then either it becomes a case of Trustpilot allowing review-bombing, or the entire thing being subjective.

I wouldn't trust a word of trust pilot reviews, most are disgruntled people who quickly jump online to slate said companies after a bad experience. Not many leave positives

I am an avid fan of Novibet, which is well known within our great community, but recently they've gotten so bad. There is still time for them to recover.... The games RTP are highest anywhere, but CS is shocking, the visa direct fast withdrawal went down quicker than Debbie in dallas. Recently they've had major issues and are not communicating with players, so poor show from them.

I'd take trust pilot with a pinch of salt
