Opened my account on Tuesday and was verified within the same day but getting the welcome bonus to the casino seems to be another thing completely.. Ive been told by customer support for 2 days now that it will be added shortly but nothing yet.

Wondering if they need to add it byte by byte to the website, as that can be the only reason why it can take this long to add a simple welcome bonus.

So I opened an account with Novibet not believing them to be on Gamstop(logo does not appear on login page on android). I open the account and submit two deposits. Only after this do I notice the Gamstop sign and query this with them asking why I wasn't prevented from opening an account. To my alarm I find my date of birth is a digit out(this happened on another casino and is an autofill fault on my phone). Speak to chat and highlight this to them and ask for funds back as basically an illegitimate deposit(could not have won as would have failed KYC). They have refused to return funds. Now if there was a chance of me actually gambling I could have understood this decision but there was not. The other casino this happened with understood and returned funds, Novibet did not. Then the endless lines of almost robotic chat with them was horrendous. The games on the site are slow on android as well not to mention. Can't understand the high score on here really.

No disrespect intended at all here..
But if your using a gambling tool to slow down and prevent your gambling, then why are you opening accounts and depositing?..

Yes stupid of course. I got an email offering welcome bonuses etc. The normal trigger point for me with that stuff, completely out of the blue. Won't be doing that again obviously

Just to say that Novibet apparently have BTG now but when you click Bonanza, for me anyway, the game doesn’t load. Says game not found...iv had 4 emails with support telling me to use different devices or browsers.
