May want to double check Nicola, however I played a LOT of different games when I took on the massive WR challenge.

Withdrew £350 from a £23 deposit after about 40 different games and a 3 day (on and off) session.

Couldn't find any list of excluded games and I played some of the more "common" excluded and was paid fine.

KYC took less than an hour, bonus to be added by support (again an hour or below)

Payout received in full after about 3 hours IIRC.

Wagering is a SOAB but a 4 - reel W/D helped matters :p

These numbers (Let's use the 2,000 for £25 as an example) are points earned for wagering and not actual wager amounts.

My initial wagering target to clear first SUB was £1,610, think the £25 credited after £1,250 of wagering.

(First one is £25, didn't hit any of the others lol :oops:)

These are wager free cash rewards too :thumbsup:

Yes, these bonuses are withdrawable as cash. I had one for £75 which I withdrew. I was speaking to their rep today, they want to do the BBF and get on board and from my experience I could see very few obstacles, a good lot IMO.

Totally agree mate.

In fact the only 'gripe' I have (and the main reason I've not returned since my 1st deposit) is their incredibly high wagering (35x D+B!)

Bearable (ish) on the 100% SUB but way OTT on the 2nd deposit offer (50% match)

If this could be addressed (who knows maybe it will during BBF?) I could see me being a very regular players with these guys :thumbsup:

Cashed out 14 x D from SUB so there bound to be in my good books :p

I agree, BBF should be a breeze for them. Good assortment of games, great RG tools and from what I can see, no option to reverse withdrawals - which I hasten to add are processed in a timely manner.

Exactly the same happened to me, took them about 2 hours to inform me. Forgot all about this actually until you mentioned it.

Really don't know why they seem to be making life more difficult for themselves, won't answer much on chat, have to e-mail for sub etc etc.

Sorry for the belated reply, but to confirm that this was indeed the case. Further subsequent withdrawals were processed pretty quick too!

This 2 i was chatting with was arogant and before i was finish with all i wont to know they just leave the chat and i have only 0.39 in my balance... I can only imagin if i was sitting with a 10k+ balance and they act like that. Problably i would shit on my pants and having problem to sleep
