The limits are definitely exceeded when u downgrade they take effect immediately i already played for 1 hour 4 min how did i manage to play for a extra 34 min and playex later.I thought i mightve been over figuured they weren't calculating all game play. They need to held responsible too.Thats lawSorry but i cant see anything that points to wrong doing?
Could you explain a bit more as currently it seems, according to the screenshot, that the sessions did not exceed the limits.
it dosent look like alot over 1 hour the casino is saying this is all the play they have for me which i got my deposits amd times of deposits from bank its another 3 hours for the same dayI wanted my deposits back This company is guving me the run around.I opted for a time limit the computer malfunctioned and i loss more than i intended
do u understand responsible gaming if i set a time limit or a loss limit it goes into effect immediately meaning if u set a time limit for 5 hours and played already for 5 hours and 30 min ur over for that 24 hour period and will be blocked theres about 3 hours that they casino is not reporting saying more time didnt exist i got my bank deposit times its a extra 3 hours they claim they cant account forSorry OP, but that does look like you were trying to change the limits to get a refund, but as casinos log all activity it was never going to work, and that no limits have been exceeded after the changes.
If gambling is that much of a concern for you maybe you should set a time out instead?
That does not matter..U cant play for 9 hours have a 10 hour limit and then down grade to 9 hours and get back a hourLooks like the limits are daily but with effect from when you set them. So you could have played for six hours on day one, set a two hour limit and played for two more hours. On day two, you played for 1:04, set a one hour limit and then played (or stayed logged in) for another half hour.
In this case, on day two your limit would’ve been two hours. You didn’t exceed two hours at the point you decreased the limit, so you got another hour. Strictly, you should have got 55 minutes. Maybe you would’ve.
It way for more than 34 minutes its more like over 3 hours proof the casino says that dont show that i played that long.Figured but my bank has all the deposit times well into the night of the 17th.Best believe if i owed the casino they would have the information down to the second. Not omit infoI wanted my deposits back This company is guving me the run around.I opted for a time limit the computer malfunctioned and i loss more than i intended

" almost as sad as BLM"Where do these tools come from. "I want my deposits back" lol almost as sad as BLM
Very well said, but the reverse is also true - admittedly nowhere near the scale that it occurs with the BAME community, but it still happens." almost as sad as BLM"
There wouldn't be BLM Protests if every white person treated black people with respect and not treat them different cause they are black !

Unless you live in Brixton in which you run the police out of town.
As I understand the situation, after reading the rules for Time based limits, the limit is applied instantly to the account, BUT it is not retrospective, which is the basis of your argument. It is applied to future play, not previous.Their own website their own policy not followed. If i set a limit of 6 hours and already played for 7 that new limit takes effect immediately im blocked for the day
Has this thread been merged with another thread, as all the additional posts by Maurshea12 weren't there when I first looked at this thread?????

I asked support to clarify, and they replied:
Depending on the limit if it is for time frames they are started after.
On 16/6, you had no limit, and played for 5h 58m. You then applied a 2 hour limit, but logged off with no further play. However you would have been able to play for a further 2 hours if you wished.
On 17/6, you played for 1h 4m against a time limit of 2 hours.
You then reset the time limit to 1 hour. This was a brand new request and replaced the previous 2 hour time limit. You then played for another 34m of this new 1 hour limit, which means that you would only be able to play for another 26m before being logged off.
You are now only able to play for a maximum of 1 hour daily until you increase your time limit. However increases take 7 days to implement.
So not sure why you think the the casino has acted improperly in any way. Regrettably, I think it is due to a misunderstanding as to how this particular limit works.
