The likes of Kindred, L & L and Betsson have been blocked from doing business in Norway, with the country's regulator ordering it's banks to block all financial transactions to the Malta based operators.

They could certainly try to, however i doubt it would be very effective... someone wanting to gamble will likely always find a way. Not sure if you can load up your Skrill via PSC etc, if yes then all you do need in case they do Geo Block it is simply a VPN. Unfortunately this is gonna put players in a bit of a rough spot as always when the GOVs ban rather than regulate on their own if something goes wrong..

Skrill and Neteller already can't be used for casino transactions, recently Entropay followed suit.

Is that a web wallet? I guess Bitcoin and that kind will be used more now instead.
So casinos will lose a lot from that market too. They won't be happy since Norwegians do have money and love to gamble.

I'm okay with CLEVER regulations, but when it comes to regulations not all the time it is done in good way for both operators and players.

Norway has had a ban on online(unregulated) gambling for a very long time, but has only recently started making more steps towards minimizing/eliminating online gambling outside Norsk Tipping/Rikstoto.
They had a big push in 2017 and the same in 2018 where at times Norwegian players was waiting for payouts for weeks/months in some cases (since the receiving banks had to block and reverse the transactions). As Norway isn't in the EU but a member of the EEC the regulatory consequences for operators/processors outside Norway is rather slim, it's more a cat'n mouse game of NGA imposing restrictions on account numbers and the operators opening new ones instead.

Different RTP for different group of customers (depending on income).

Income over 1kk$ in a year => RTP is 80%
Income less than 20k in a year => RTP is 110%
etc etc

The Norwegian govt' is very restrictive on any vices (Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, gambling) and loves taxation.

There has been talk of DNS-blocking unregulated operators as well, this has been brought back on the table after the NGA and Govt decided to not open the gaming market and issue licenses.

ive worked in Norway and safe to say that beside everything being double expensive and of poorer quality, products diversity reduced by half because they are not in the union, the landbased gambling there sucks a lot. you can play modified versions of second strike, centurion, big bad wolf and the like rubbish and win up to 2000kr which means 200eur if i remember right, thats all. the amount of dead spins is unbelievable. 100kr scartch cards are also very hard to win the money back let alone anything else. i tried to prove my point by self inflicting a major blow with half the salary. the country though and the people are sublime, whatever photos of norway you stumble upon really does not do justice to the dreamy landscapes. currently im in Germany and the landbased here is disgusting too, the rtp has to be set in the 80s, merkur and novomatics nothing like online or like in Romania, they play like scartchcards, so fraudulent that puts you off, a lot of rules to protect the gamblers of which are either frustrating or stupid like maximum to be put at once int he machine, 10eur from which maximum to play with 2.30eur, then you have to wait for another 2.30 to charge itself, then the machine randomly starts a 5 to 30 mins break, then when you want to withdraw the money(you have to win to do that, mission impossible part 5)is slowly moving from balance to cashier at a 2 TWOOOO eur speed making you to wait so you gamble in the same time..they call protection..... i prefer norwegian vlts at this point. i have played from Norway on Videoslots, and the first thing i played were jackpot games, you know why )
