After all the good things i hear about this place thought i would deposit 10 euros and take up their 100% deposit offer.

Anyway chose the option of Visa Debit to deposit, this somehow signed my email up and opened a Skrill account, something i did not want to do. Not only that the deposit went through but didn't show on my account. The guy on live chat basically didn't believe me and now i've had to send a screen shot of my new Skrill account transaction history that i never wanted to open to prove i sent the payment. The screen shot clearly shows the transaction and that their moneybookers account received my deposit.

Now i have to wait however long for them to contact their finance department. Seriously, this modern time in life?

[EDIT] Ok i just double checked, i must have had the skrill tab selected when i deposited. This should be more clear for players as it wasn't obvious this is the default selection and i missed those tabs at the top. Still doesn't excuse the missing money and lack of CS.

Svein: Hi, my name is Svein.
Craig: Hi i just deposited 10 euros with deposit code NB100 but it is not showing in my account
Craig: i checked my online banking and the money has been taken.
Svein: What is your username?
Craig: CraiGDaniel
Svein: What deposit option did you use?
Craig: Visa debit
Svein: Ok. No card has been registered on your account. I can't even see that you have tried to deposit money.
Craig: A message came up that told me the 10 euros had been deposited and thank you
Craig: it's here somewhere
Svein: Then you have to send us a screenshot of your internet bank so we can see that the money was transferred to us
Craig: it looks like your website created a skrill account for me?
Craig: here is the transaction.
Craig: 816371138Η Feb 13 00:51 Send Money to eur-moneybookers@nordicbet.com -10.00 processedZ.00 ID 816371074
Svein: We need a screenshot of the missing deposit so we can transfer it to our finance department
Craig: I've literally just supplied the ID of the transaction that went into your money bookers account. The idea was so that i could play tonight. How long will it take to be transferred to your finance department?
Svein: I understand, but our finance department is closed for the night so that's why we need a screenshot
Craig: So how does a new customer deposit using a simple visa debit card get signed up to skrill, which then transfers the money to your account and suddenly goes missing. I am only here on recommendation from casinomeister and this is poor
File attachment upload has started.
The file Capture.JPG (89.34KB) was received.
Svein: Thank you. I will forward it to our finance department. We will send you an email when we receive an answer from them
Craig: Fantastic

Hi CraiGDaniel,

I understand that it is frustrating when funds don't show up when they are supposed to, it has happened to me a few times and it is really frustrating.

Just one thing that sort of bugs me is your saying that the support is poor and he did not believe you, you said you deposited via Visa, so he would have looked for Visa transactions, you deposited via Skrill so that is a bit misleading. He then asked for a screenshot so he could trace the money and forwarded everything to finance. From the chat he was nice the whole time, never called you a liar or anything and really did all he could do to help you at that time.

So, as angry as you maybe about the missing money, which I am sure they will solve first thing today maybe cut the CS guy a little slack.

Ben

Sometimes casinos only accept certain card deposits made via Skrill .

Even though deposits to e-wallets are instant, there is usually a short pending period,
anything between one and lets say, ten minutes. I know this sounds silly, but are your
sure the tenner isn`t in your Skrill?

Also, when you are impatient and for example, close the cashier window too soon,
the transaction might not get completed and money from A won`t reach B.
My deposits floated in cyberspace a couple of times, don`t worry, if everything you are saying
is true, you will be reunited with your money at some point.

I was more annoyed that he told me they have no record of me even trying to make a deposit, when i clearly had. The transaction shows the money was uploaded from my bank, to skrill, then to nordicbet's account and i ev en provided the transaction ID for the whole payment.

The money is now in my account, but i'm shocked money can just go missing like that, had it been a bigger deposit i would have definitely been a bit more concerned. The system obviously has a flaw that needs to be worked for this to happen.

In fair over view it has been sorted quickly, but perhaps if their rep sees the thread they may look into the problem and prevent it in the future. I also feel the deposit page needs to be layed out a bit better.

It's one of those things that happens occasionally unfortunately, not just in igaming, in all online transactions.
I had a deposit of 100 euros go missing last week, took me 5 days, 3 emails and 2 live chats to convince the company (a very big player) that i wasn't imagining it.

As you say fair play to them for sorting it so quickly in this case.
