NordicBet LiveCasino - Roulette / Software problem

Wow....
This is crazy.. yesterday at lunch time I was playing Live casino at nordicbet.com, I put on a bet which I can't just remember it by the detail, but I do remember it was around number 17's area and the number itself resulting in a 59 euro win.

Problem ?

the winnings simply didn't reflected on my balance acct, I thought maybe logging out and in again would refesh the balance, but no..


I've contacted support several times and I was just told that they're waiting for microgaming's reply on this, although there's an ongoing investigation, I have received an xls file with my bet history on live roulette, which simply doesn't supports my complaint.

As anyone came across with a similar issue?

I have actually noticed other software issues while putting on small bets just before getting my balance reached 0, even though not winning anything, my balance would remain the same. ( bets lower than 1 euro)

I only had the chance to take a screenshot while on livechat with support inquiring this issue

You should send a private message to Ben, Nordicbet's casino manager and give him a heads up about this thread:

Nordicbet is one of the most reputable casinos in the industry, so I am 100% certain that they will clarify this issue for you.

But you should also have some patience. If they have told you that they are waiting for a reply from Microgaming, then I am sure they will get back to you as soon as possible when they hear from Microgaming. Nordicbet has no control over the software.

I have experienced different errors playing Live Roulette everywhere. Does this version of Live Roulette ask you to confirm your bets? If so, did you confirm (If you didn't it would not reflect in your game history)?

Secondly, do you have a stable connection? I have seen bets not being accepted due to a temporary lapse in internet connectivity.

Did you place your bets before No More Bets were called? Sometimes there is an actual delay (No more bets will have been called - but you still are able to place bets - hence they will not be accepted)

There may be admin on the roulette site and you will be able to contact them immediately when it occurs.

Yep, I have confirmed the bets, and after the spin I got a generic winning message that I won 59 euros, but had no reflection on the balance. That's why I believe there are bugs on the software
 
Ben (CasinoRep) believed in my word and credited me back those 59 credits, although they're still waiting for an answer from Microgaming,
