well i was informed about their new download client, thought what the hell, lets give them a try...

20 euros deposited, mananged to get to 31, after reading terms about withdraws i noticed it says the minimum is 60 euros, however if its any less they will add a charge,

i didnt mind the charge since i didnt like the games, i just wanted my cash back if anything,

4 days later "denied" was obvious to me they wouldnt let me withdraw anything under 60 euros,

simply terrible, casinos like this need to be sent to the land of no return....

responsible gambling is all about gambling what you can afford to lose, potentially from a deposit of 20 its very very unlikely if not rare that i would ever reach the 60 mark to cashout,

of course i contacted live supprot, told em to shove the money and to close my account, id sooner play elsewhere

dont you agree? surely if a casino is offereing a minimum deposit of 10 $ (or euros) it shouldnt be restricting minimum withdraws to 60 $(or euros), because it gives the player a 99% guarantee that they will lose.

after my long break away from gambling i come back to choose a site like this, which has put me off gambling again completely

But....

They never said that you couldn't make a w/d under 60. They said that they'd tack on an extra charge...

exactly,

however when i went to withdraw that 31.40 days later is was "denied" even after speaking to support about it and saying any charge is fine since i didnt like the games and wouldnt of even minded having my deposit back,

after it being enied of course i mentioned it to support who told me they cant process anything below 60,

1 part of their terms states strictly 60 is the minimum, however in another part it says anything under a 60 withdraw will incurr a fee.

pretty much a load of old cobblers

on a positive note i was playing at "supercasino" the 1 thats on the tv,

managed to win over 100 on that site alone and they do have brains many casinos fail to have, lets take the "id system" they send a letter to your house with an activation code on it, you need that code to withdraw, which is wayy better than sending id after id into them, very pleased with them, although i must say due to nordic bet bringing back memories of "no chance" gambling and the hassles involved not too pleased lol

If 'under 60 there is charge for withdrawals' is really included in their terms, then it is obviously a misleading. Very sadly... They should be responsible about what they write, because money is concerned.

60.00 seems quite a high amount for a minimum withdrawal. Most places I have seen its usually 20.00, many places even as low as 10.00.

If you are depositing 20.00 and are willing to pay to withdraw 31.00, then you are effectively buying money. This represents very poor value for your money. You would be better looking for another site with a lower minimum amount. (There are loads)

I really don't think the responsible gambling argument has anything to do with minimum withdrawals. It is in place so they have sensible withdrawal amounts. Otherwise they would be simply overwhelmed with cheap chiselers taking out very small amounts of money, treating their casino account as if it was their local post office.

1st off thanks fo replys all as usual,

i can see where your coming from with that, the thing though they must know there are small time players, people for example that may blow 10 on the lottery a month,

the thing with that concerns say someone only has 10 to spare in a month to gamble with (after all the rule is "only bet as much as you can afford to lose"). They may want to play at nordic bet after seeing it clearly say

"If a customer requests that an amount smaller than the minimum withdrawal amount be paid out, we may charge the customer a discretionary fee"

thats a quote from their terms which obviously states that any withdraw below the minimum MAY incurr a fee and not "we will not process requests below the minimum"

so what choice does someone have who tries to withdraw less than the minimum and then is told they cant withdraw less than 60? they have to gamble on and hope they win, which obviously they could be a few quid away and lose it all, but then want more, you know what i mean remotely?

generally its a bad casino where 1 part says the minimum is 60, then another part says a charge may be added for anything less than 60, but then when you go to cashout less than 60 your told you cant

edit: i jsut thought as well concering money laundering. Someone who say cashed out 30, and is refused may just deposit 30 more and withdraw, would that be almost like a dodgy transaction though?

I know Red Flush and Villento/Rich Reels have a minimum withdrawlimit of
100.-
I quit playing there because of that.
Last time at Red Flush I was playing a 50% match on a 30 deposit, got it up to 150, then it went down.
Wanted to withdraw 100, but not yet cleared the wr.
Cleared the WR at 95 and never got it back up to 100 again..

damm :(

thats the thing i find with high withtdrawl limits... if its because of the hassle processing "small" amounts, then why do many casinos offer low or no minimums?

its just a tactic used by casinos to keep the player losing imo, if a site had say 60 minimum withdrawl limit you could get to even 58 off a tenner, but then lose the lot, even though 48 wouldnt be bad profit for the day,
