Non KYC Casinos

I am personally a big fan of non KYC/non SOW casinos. Recently I've been playing casually at Betpanda due to them having my favourite 0,10% house edge Swift studio multi hand BJ version. I struggle to find this game in a non sow casino that accepts uk players or anywhere else. Casinos just do not carry it. Some do but only the single hand version. BetPanda have been paying me out quickly thus far but I am concerned lately.

Recently I have noticed some serious complaints against them on casino guru and I have halted my playing until I see how they get resolved, if they do. It will be a pity if they end up rogue. I will not under any circumstances play at a SOW casino due to principle.

What are your thoughts on them non-kyc casinos?

casino without licence
Pretty much...

Highly-regulated jurisdictions will mandate KYC at a minimum, and SOW for high rollers. With the incoming regulatory changes to Curacao, they are now introducing KYC (and possibly SOW) because of money laundering concerns...

Which means you're looking at even weaker licenses than Curacao - so those with a worthless license, or those with no license at all.

And unfortunately, just like you aren't being vetted by the casino, that likely means the casino isn't being vetted by the "regulator" (or token figurehead) either.

Is that a real one or clones like they offer below?

Costa Rica license.

Been happily playing there for months with no issues, SOW or KYC, including a 4 figure withdrawal.

Just watch the Hacksaws as they are running on 94% RTP. Everything else is max RTP as far as I can tell, apart from a few random Microgamings.

Will go and check the reviews now though!

It's like a time machine. Back in the day you trusted the operator and the licencing was only an indicator of their "legit" level. No KYC, no ID check except "click here if you're 21 or over". Lol.

Now THAT was gambling. :p

So yeah, gfkostas has shot back to the year 2000.

I have indeed. I miss Intercasino and the Boss media group :). In the early 2000s gambling was how it should be today, in a way. I do understand the point of KYC and SOW but up to an extent. The invasion of privacy these days is staggering and shocking. People have let their guard down. Let's criminalize 100% of people because of the 1% that commits money laundering. Is there even solid data to back this heavy handed approach?

I challenge anyone in the industry to tell us what data do we have as far as the amount of money launderers who play at casinos. What percentage do they represent of total customers.

If Betpanda resolves their complaints ill be back with them, sadly.

It's not limited to gambling - it happens to be the most likely place you'll see it because of more money changing hands more often. I can't comment on percentages - but the rule changes would have been accelerated when FOBTs were being flagged by criminal investigations as a way used to launder money (although Natwest happily accepted cash by the bin bag... oops).

Additionally, the Curacao rule changes are because the entire country was at risk of being added to a financial grey list for money laundering concerns (and the crypto casinos would be a major factor in that).

I would be incredibly wary of the new breed like Costa Rica and Anjouan - their "business licenses" are worthless pieces of paper, it sounds like the background checks are close to zero and they are very hands-off in nature. If a casino wants to start scamming players, there is pretty much nothing to stop them - it's the perfect breeding ground for fraudsters and money launderers.

I like them best. Instant payouts, high RTP's, lots of fun... what's not to like?

Licensing issues - for those of us who play for entertainment - are never a big concern. What matters are things like: do they pay; how fast; can I play without giving out my personal ID (in an age where identity theft is rampant); are the games fun; what are the experiences of other players.

BetPanda you mean?

No, their written policies state they KYC after so much in deposits and so I'm not going to mess with them. Win big, and SURPRISE! Nope, lol.

No, I mean the totally anonymous Crash sites, some of which have been around for a very long time and which offer a few "crypto" games, like Limbo or Mines or Plinko.

I joined BetPanda chatting group on Telegram and said to the guys chatting there "guys, did you check on casinoguru? Some serious complaints about BetPanda not paying". I was blocked from the group literally in less than 10 seconds! Looks like this casino has started ripping off people if I go by the outstanding complaints. Pity.
