Has anyone else received an email stating they cannot offer ACH until further notice? I do not withdraw by this method but i know many do. They have been the quickest paying Rival casino. This will certainly impact that reputation. Hope they are able to find another processor soon.

PS-Screw the US Govenment.

Yes:-
Due to unforeseen circumstances the withdrawal method ACH is currently unavailable until further notice. We are working hard to find an alternative solution; in the meantime all withdrawals pending after the 3rd July 2008 will be processed by alternative methods eWalletXpress, Click2Pay or Quicktender.

Please do not hesitate to contact our 24/7 support for an update on pending withdrawals or further information on the available withdrawal options.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Warmest Regards,
Casino Manager

MAY BE DUE TO NEW NACHA-ACH RULES

I read that NACHA and Fed are implementing a new requirement that will identify ACH transactions that orginated outside of the U.S. There will be a code identifying them.

Obviously this is to help identify"terrorist, money laudering, .....

You can read about it by going to the NACHA website.

I am by no means knowledgeable about all the banking regs in US so I am putting this to the ones that know.

Money sent to my Wired Plastic card from QT comes as "Payment - XXXXXXXXXX(numbers)" and that's it. How will a bank be able to trace and label these transactions? Also, how can they label QT as a gambling only payer as it can be used by other merchants?
As these are wire transfers is it going to be under the same reg as ACH payments?

I never let much money sit in QT anyway but would like to know these things.

:D
