No longer considered a Premium Player

Hello All: I have been a patron to INB for several years and was taken very good care of with cash outs and any other issues I have had. In only these past few weeks I have been shunned like a leper!! I really don't know why and all they say to me is "well you have won quite a bit lately" I won the jackpot on 777 and Fortunate Budda... which was very nice as it had been quite a while since getting a jackpot. Before I won these two they had begun to restrict coupons available to my account so I deposited without and ended up winning these two jackpots. I cashed out only 2500 once and ended up playing the rest out!! How stupid!! I decided to disengage with INB and went to the accredited casinos here and found PrimaPlay. I did not know they were the same casino group and have just now found out I'm restricted here as well after depositing 3 or 4 times. I'm just so sad and sick about all this and clearly I will have to quit all together as I'm not welcome in my favorite place anymore. Is it because I won too much? or did I cross the line somewhere? I don't think I will ever really know... I do know I will save a bunch of money quitting!! Thanks for reading this far.

They took away and restricted most of the promo codes and bonuses from my accounts. Cash-outs began to decrease drastically. I don't know if they appreciate the thousands I have deposited.

You're not alone my friend. I'm experiencing the same situation with INB and Primaplay. I was told my cash outs were in the range of 7000+. They took away and restricted most of the promo codes and bonuses from my accounts. Cash-outs began to decrease drastically. I don't know if they appreciate the thousands I have deposited.
