Hi all, I deposited 200 dollars and am up to 900 and would like to withdraw my funds. Can someone familiar with them chime in and suggest what to do?

Do I send in a copy of passport? CC used to deposit? Utility bill?

Congrats on your win

Go to the cashier and process the withdraw. They will e-mail you a form to fill out and tell you what documents to supply with it. The ones you listed are correct.

You probably only have wire listed in your withdraw options and that will be free for over $250. If you want a paymycard option then go to chat to request it that way. I believe $35 fee for this option.

If your unsure just go to chat and they will walk you through it. They seem to verify quickly most times and a wire will be really fast payment if you can do that.

they are realy quick with there payouts actually one of the quickest around
got $450 paid within hours yesterday,
did another small deposit last night and had another good hit on my favorite Scary
so waiting on another 300 and i know its gona be paid quick, but as its Sunday it might be a ittle slower

I am more then happy to provide updates on how this goes.....

I now have my balance up to 1600 dollars and am done playing until this withdrawal goes through. I just spoke to customer service and they said my ONLY option is to do a wire transfer

Here's the problem. I'm from the US and use a local bank that doesn't have a SWIFT code, so I can't do an international wire!! Now what?? At a loss for words right now. I have a ton of money sitting in my account but it seems I won't be able to withdraw it...

Should I open an online savings/check account with another bank that DOES have a SWIFT code? I also have an account with US Bank, they have a SWIFT code but not sure what an IBAN is or any of the other stuff they need??

If you have swift code that is all you need --IBAN is for other countries. All you need is acct number - routing number- swift code - bank name - bank address - thats it
