Hi all,

Just looking for advice:
I registered at NextCasino last week and in this week already deposited 11K.
Now I hit something nice (high rolling), and have a balance of 24K.

I have withdrawn it and suddenly I get a message that I can withdraw 8K a month, but if I collect more player points (of course by wagering more), I will get a limit of 10K a month.
Not really impressive right?
Feeling they want me to lose the other 16K and using the "extra 2K" just as teaser to let me play more.

Anyone else had problems with the withdrawal limits at this casino?
I find it truely disappointing that this casino does let someone deposit over 11K, but then when it comes to withdrawing, limits it at only 8K a month...

Thanks and have a merry Christmas all :)

Many casino have withdrawal limits
You could always read the terms and conditions before joining a new casino, if you're depositing that kind of money.

From their T&C
  • NextCasino.com players can withdraw no more than $7,000 per month [a higher sum amount for VIP Platinum player] for a single withdrawal or a series of withdrawals. If the amount to be withdrawn is larger than $7,000, the remaining amounts will be placed back in the player’s account, to be withdrawn in the following month. Not applied to UK players.

Yeah, well, just surprised they are so different compared to others like Betsafe, who let me withdraw even over 90K in less than a month.

Anyway, will just withdraw 8K a month (will have everything in February that way).
Just found it ridiculous that they try to let me play more with the remaining balance and saying that after more wager I can withdraw just 2K more in a month

Well the review here on Casinomeister said 75K a month, so in fact I read that first.

@Casinomeister : https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-reviews/nextcasino/
This review needs an update because withdrawal limits are now only 7K a month (8K for platinum VIP).
@CasinoLuck_Eric Can maybe confirm this as rep for this brand?

I have a balance of over 100K with them now and of course happy with that, but very unhappy that I would now need to wait 15 months to receive the whole balance because of the 8K limit which applies to me.

I hope you have sent him a pm and asked for help too.

The earlier limit was probably from when they were on the Every Matrix platform. The accredited casinos reps should also be responsible for getting their reviews here up to date, especially with rules that are affecting the points.
I believe withdrawal limits is, but I'm not sure about that.

Thanks, good advice. Have now also sent a PM to Eric, let's wait for his response in this case :)

If your spending so much risking your money gambling, why the hell are you not researching the casinos in which you hope to pay you in the manner you like should you win?...
Wow

Haha, that said freaky vegas where also accredited as are 'ikibu'

True, but often we discover when something is on the way to go wrong a bit earlier than other players.
Freaky Vegas was a surprise though. Ikibu and Next casino are a bit different and sometimes it's better to let them keep being accredited so they have certain standards to follow.
They don't want to end up in the pit :)

Yes totally concur, I've messaged my VIP at ikibu and also management regarding what we have discussed. This isn't the first time also at ikibu, and nothing has changed. I'll not divulge, but the talk to the hand response seems the only option they use...

Just what @Tirilej said indeed, thought 75K would be good enough at NextCasino :).

Hope that Eric can do something for me. Otherwise I will wait 15 months (+8K each month) and in the meantime will just play at my other sites.
If NextCasino just let me withdraw my big win, it is a win-win situation, they don't lose me as a player and I just receive my won money :).
I'm interested if they think the same about that.

Sorry, my apologies. It's Xmas night and fine brandy doesn't go well with replying to threads sometimes.
Agree with you and no offence intended.
Have a lovely Xmas and new year my friend

I'd guess that the whole review was from the time they were on EM.
Now they're Aspire Global I can't see them pushing to have the review update. Since it's likely that every aspect of the review will be downgraded.

In fact I still think they should go through the BBF again.
They supposedly just moved platforms. At the time they maintained the same T&C, Bonus terms etc.
But since then they've gradually changed to the AG T&C, Bonus Terms and Reduced RTP of some games. Identical to all the other AG sites

As far as I'm concerned they were a 'premium brand' casino group, which were bought up by a shady operator, and disguised as a simple platform change, in order to give AG a much needed boost in credibility

Only accredited through WildSlots, CasinoLuck and NextCasino. Which were initially accredited when they were EveryMatrix.
But I doubt any AG sites would stand a cat in hell's chance of being accredited, including those 3 now.

Merry Xmas

In fact, had WildSlots, CasinoLuck and NextCasino only changed platform. Wouldn't they be listed as a white label rather than a main AG brand

I don't think you will and they probably won't either. Even after you learned of the withdrawal limit you've demonstrated you're willing to risk your entire balance going from 24K to 100K.
Take a friendly piece of advice and stop playing now. Your balance probably won't last until new years, let alone for 15 months!

This kind of thread almost always ends badly. Yes, we've seen it countless times before...

 thats why i stopped playing there. Slow paying High spamming :D
In reality, well from a uk point of view if you want totally trustworthy casinos whom will pay you have Ladbrokes, coral and william hill.
Should you require Maltese expertise you got rizk, casumo, VS...
Oh trada are awesome to...
The rest?...
Meh

So, I wake up and read some new replies.
Now am worried if I even will get paid when I read some of the replies.

I thought Aspire Global was a solid company and they have a UKGC and MGA license.

Should I really worry if I will get paid?

I cannot see why you wouldn't get paid, there aren't too many complaints about these casinos on here. I would personally get in touch with the rep as you were advised, see if you can get some discretionary raises as a high roller in your w/d limits.
