their BJ tables would peek for BJ???

The importance of this is in the house edge. Assuming a continuous shuffler the edge would be 0.33%, add 4 decks which some casinos offer then it could go down to 0.28%.

Any knowledge of any other casinos that use peek for BJ rule?

Peek is pretty standard in the USA and Canada. That casino is in Newcastle, Oklahoma in the US.

Another thing i've noticed is some casinos in the US hit on soft 17 and only allow one split on a pair of aces (EG if player splits and is dealt 2 Aces on the other hand, they have to stick).
