I used the term little people once - ended up on (another) diversity in the workplace course
Point of note, doubling down and explaining to the vertically challenged that in future they will no longer be referred to as little people as its offensive, and have now been rebranded "Andy's Oompa Loompas" will see you not only back on the same diversity course, but also looking at a potential suspension and a couple of grievances with inhuman resources.
