Newbie looking for some advice.
Ihave been playing online for a longtime... anyways I decided while watching the footy the other night I would have a flutter and decided to join REEF CLUB CASINO
after playing for a few hours i had approx £330 - about 50 up.
I withdrew this, no bonuses, as I opt out of them... and all was well. The next day I got an email from cassava saying my account is temp suspended. . . . basicly I have had an account with hem years agao that I self excluded. and now after complaining they say they might let me back..
The prob is it takes ages for them to responde, and havnt heard anyhting for days, also no contact number, when i speak to customer services they say they cant help me.
IU just want my money out of it, even if its just what i deposited. I deposited via paypal but they say they cant help, does anyone ahve any advice on how I can put pressure on them to resolve this.
