But it's not just about a free chip. They don't understand how the way you and others feel will potentially effect their business. Cutomer service is more about perceptions and feelings than substance. I can deal with delays when people are honest. It sounds like they either:
1. Opened before they were prepared
2. Rogue out of the gate

I tried em out and lost the freebie right off. I didn't deposit, but I was going to. I'm gonna wait and see now.

I received a phone call yesterday from Betpheonix (Assuming it was to tell me about the promotions.) I was too busy to talk at the time but last night I contacted live support without a problem and chatted with Sam for about a half hour.

I'm not impressed with the bonuses either which was the main topic of our conversation.

I didn't know live chat was down recently. Although I couldn't count the amount of times I haven't been able to contact many accredited casino's via live chat for some reason or other so that's not a huge surprise.

Quick updates:

No Fees are going to be charged anymore on e-wallets. Additionally you get one free withdrawal via any method per month (checks, person2person, etc).
You can now request a cashout from within the cashier.
The Slots game drop down menus have been fixed.
Payouts are being processed in time (as has been stated in this thread, generally earlier than expected).

I used to like playing in US dollars when there was a big difference in the exchange rate.

It didn't make much difference on my deposit but it made a big difference on my jackpots.

What I don't like about this casino is if you take a bonus there is a high playthrough and then a cap on what you can cashout. That is the only reason I don't play there. The playthrough on some of the bonuses is 40x... I think that is kind of high. Then if you manage to make that playthrough you can only cash out 15 times or 10 times your deposit. To me if you manage to make that playthrough you should be able to cashout what ever amount you want.

Just my opinion.

I'm not a big fan of deposit bonuses because the WR and MAX cashouts are too hindering.

I'm told they have some new bonuses now. I haven't been to look. Might be worth checking out though if you like deposit bonuses.

An update on my situation.

I was told via email from Dean (the casino manager ) that i had not finished my wagering requirements. Even though in my cashier it said i had and had $150 withdrawable (the chip had a limit of $100 Dean said) All be it when i signed up the max was $80 so i'm lost. and i had a $50 bonus balance.

Anyway i couldn't be bothered trying to see reason etc so tried to do some more WR and busted out.

On my experience i will not be playing here in the near future. I'm glad some of you have had some luck and been paid. But i'm losing my faith in RTG casino's.

Why are RTG casino's so intent on the MAX CASHOUT RULE. You would not want to be a low roller and hit a random jackpot.. this really defeats the purpose.

I totally agree with the Max cash out issue. One of the major benifits of running RTG software is the chance of hitting a random jackpot. I've even hit one on a 25 cent bet once.

I wouldn't consider taking a bonus with a max cash out at an RTG casino unless the random jackpots were omitted from the Max cash out rule.

We do have bonuses with no maximum cashout. We have a 35% standard no max cashout reload bonus... but on top of that, we constantly offer reload bonuses of up to 100% with no max cashout (I'm quite sure we have a 100% No Max Cashout reload running right now).

Sure, our 400% reload bonus has a max cashout... we can't offer such a large reload bonus with only 20x playthrough without including a max cashout. If you have not made a deposit since you used the intial freechip i would NOT use it, because if you win you wont get paid since it will be 2 freechips used in a row.

Wait till after you make a deposit, and if you have no luck with your deposit then try that code. I have learned the hard way years ago that even though you might be able to redeem consecutive freechips you wont get paid on a win unless you make a deposit in between freechips.

Congrats on your win DP! At least when I took the free bonus, it said that you had to contact support to request a withdrawal from the freechip.

Maybe Nicholas can let us know if regular deposits and bonus are being handled by automated systems now?
