Well, good! Another new Rival taking US players - SunsetSlots.com

Is this a download Rival?
I don't get what have happened really? Some Rivals had to switched Software to be able to keep the US market, but now there is new Rivals allowed to take people from the US.
I shouldn't care. I don't play Rivals any longer.
Edit:I know I have asked these questions before but I have an extreme short memory, so if
someone would answer again please![]()
Isn't Slotocash on RTG now, if they aren't then they need to update their website.

Well, I am seriously confused -- more so than usual even.![]()

Sloto'Cash and Desert Nights now have BOTH Rival and RTG - but as separate casinos.Well, I am seriously confused -- more so than usual even.![]()
That's interesting!I received an e-mail saying Dom Game casino has a new brand Sunset Slots and 11 free or something, downloaded, no free chips there, not to my surprise since I never received my welcome bonus at Dom Game either.
Dom Game is netent+IGT by the way and it seemed very odd that they would open a Rival casino.

At that point I got hooked on this slot that was paying really well - Winter Wonders - but it hit a bad streak and I stayed long after I should have. Then I was just bummed and thought I could get back up again... you know how that goes, LOL.
I would definitely deposit there again, and next time, I'm cashing out
That's interesting!
I heard recently that DomGame were buying the defunct Irish Luck Rival casino... I wonder if that's what they did, but that they then re-named it?

.
Not sure if they are trying to make a good impression because they are new or they just have some lucky slots, but overall I'm pleased. Again, I had a long play time, which I guess is really what I'm after if I can't win, and overall, they have some decent slots... at least they have some different ones than I am used to. Well, good! From what I read on their website, BonneChance owns them. I thought that was who owned Sloto etc.
Course could be wrong. It's been a while since I played at Rivals.

OK... now that we've figured out that they can take USA players for whatever reason. (Because I thought it was the software - Rival- that pulled out of the market).
Anyway.... Who are they? Who owns them? How did they set up shop on their own without becoming a 'white label'?

Not sure if it's BonneChance or not (by the way, I thought DeckMedia owned sloto/dn, not bonnechance?), but the wording on their website seems to indicate that they're owned by the same people who own Vegas2Web. (Some parts of the website are identically worded and clearly cut and pasted from the same template.) Seems there was a "slow pay" complaint about Vegas2Web recently, right? YMMV, I guess.
And I just don't get how Rival will sell to some, but others won't touch us with a ten foot pole. But if it's that they have "independent everything" it seems to indicate a strong company, right?
Glad to see some nice wins being generated out there, I've gone from "cut my play way down" to "why bother depositing at Sloto or Desert Nights?" They seem so tight, plus their vip program is just going way downhill - less comp points awarded now, Sloto won't automatically clear free play coupons once you've hit the WR so that you can earn comp points (and you're stuck being unable to cashout due to their minimum cashout, so you can't clear it that way unless you're at $100 over over - it's like having WR on top of WR), and now Sloto doesn't even guarantee they will put you in their "club sloto" and give you a monthly cashback anymore - I was informed that was the VIP manager's choice, and apparently I wasn't good enough to make the cut, though I certainly should've been bad enough the way I lost those damn deposits. Lot's of tiny gripes are adding up to less play. The games will always be my favorites, but it's just not worth it.
Hope to see quick payouts from Sunset for those that deposited & won!

Are you talking about Slotocash's Rival casino now?
Sorry, but I would have needed some spaces between your sentences. There is too many issues at one time for me to figure out what you're saying here![]()

That's the first thing I normally check - but they don't appear to have an affy program...But... I thought BonneChance owned DaVinci's and ... awwwww.... crap.... it's too early and my brain isn't working... all those Rivals that dumped usa players.
That's what happens. Time (years) go by and I forget who's who and who owned what etc. If I get a chance today I'll see what I can find with the forum search.
Can someone... KK maybe? ... he could check from the affiliate side? .... find out more about this new casino?

Hi There,
Thank you for your email.
At present we do not have an affiliate program. The affiliate program will launch within a month from now.
Check with us then.
Best regards,
Nathan
That's the first thing I normally check - but they don't appear to have an affy program...
So I know as much about Sunset as everyone else - i.e. nothing!
BonneChance "own" all Rival white label casinos, but IMHO BonneChance does not actually exist - it's just Rival in disguise!
KK

I can't seem to find anyone else who has made a cash out or anything, and quite frankly, I have no idea how to find out who owns what and so forth... I'm not that experienced in that aspect of this (hence why I always come to you guys, lol)What are there withdrawal methods if you don't mind me asking? On vegas2web it was only wire and i didn't have a bank with swift code after a month they sent me a Canadian check so I ended up opening a bank acct depositing and then after it cleared I closed acct. Only one bank here that would take the check. So I won't play rival until I know there are better options for US players.
There are only 2 options that come up for me - the wire transfer and click2pay. I don't know why, but I've been trying for YEARS to get a click2pay account, but just like right now, it either shows that I'm not in a valid country to open an account or it shows that I can't register "at this time." I gave up a couple of years ago, but I just tried again and I'm still getting the same crap, lol. Is click2pay for US players?
No new Click2Pay accounts for US players.
=====================
My gutt feel and with much suspicion (with some proof if i could say that) is that SUNSET SLOTS CASINO is LINKED TO REDFLUSH CASINO & CASINO LA VIDA. your question is very valid in that its not easy to just set up casinos overnight.
Redflush and la vida use to accept US players but stopped once MGS restricted us. i'm just wiery if they are linked then there is a good chance of a casino like this disappearing in no time if there is some software dispute then they're taking all our money along with and leaving no trace. because it will mean MGS and RIVAL software by one operator = trouble and possible shutdown. Well for starters when Sunset slots first came out i noticed and a few others noticed the same support people assisting altho they may have changed that by now. atleast if we could relate them 2 then if anything happens we know where to go right? I was hoping others had more info?
Then i saw somewhere it was brought up about a website Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) which has the exact same designs as sunset slots which seems like a designed frame. thats really strange and looks like a replica of the sunset casino website. Some further investigation would help here!
Just curious before i join because i dont want to get caught and also what makes it more suspicious is i read up on the forums that one dodgy thing to watch out for is when a casino group has different software branded casinos ie. a Microgaming and Rival software operating is what i see here.
Apparently its not permitted as a conflict of interest and this may lead to a SHUT DOWN especially operating in the US and if MGS finds out and then you lose your money and deposit with that casino. By the way - i just noticed this - the RIVAL sign has seemed to have disappeared - unless i'm losing my mind here lol. But its as i thought. So there must be some truth in that guys! Because i clearly remember seeing that before and now its gone... someone mentioned they had good withdrawals and wandered if that was only to get their trust up and get them depositing more and more. i wander!
Some insight is greatly appreciated. Casinomeister.com is a very informative website.. lot of handy hints so i hope to get good info on this to ease my feelings
thanks
I guess I'm the guinea pig for us all as far as payouts are concernedI can't seem to find anyone else who has made a cash out or anything, and quite frankly, I have no idea how to find out who owns what and so forth... I'm not that experienced in that aspect of this (hence why I always come to you guys, lol)
I made the cash out on Monday morning and I spoke with them as recent as today (Wednesday) to make sure they had my documents and so forth.
As far as customer support, it seems pretty good. They have live chat, and aside from asking me for my wire transfer details twice (they ask for it at the time of withdrawal and then again asked me for it via live chat), they seem knowledgeable. "Kevin" told me, and it's always "Kevin - they have never given another name on live chat no matter what time of day or night it is... anyhow "Kevin" told me that the money will be released by the end of the week, so within their 2 to 5 days cash out time frame that is listed on their website.
I'm hopeful... first, because I could use it, lol and second, because I like a rival casino that takes US players... so it'll definitely be a go-to casino for me if the payout is timely.
*Fingers crossed!*
We'll keep our fingers crossed for you too
Chances are you will since there is a reputation developed already as a new casino with 'all eyes on them' and they cant afford any more negative stigma.
Quick question.....have you been a member here previously? The writing style seems familiar.

My main bank is credit union. With credit unions they don't have a direct swift code they use a middle man bank so it is extremely difficult to get swift code for them. I talked to branch heads for 3 days and they kept saying its your acct number and I would say um no that's not what I'm being told. The women even called one international she had coming in and asked that's when they learned about swift codes and middleman banks(intermediary I thinks that's what they were called). So after that ordeal I don't do wire.![]()

Ugh, I could scream.... I had high hopes with this casino, I really did. But it seems to be your typical new open in the middle of the night kind of casino.
I made a cashout on Monday April 2nd. It clearly says it will be processed in 2-5 days. But then over the next few days I would log in and there would be someone on instant chat saying "I'm sorry, we need your SWIFT number" or better yet, "We can't process it without your IBAN number"... Well, we're in the US, we don't have IBAN numbers - which I told to no less than 3 people who asked me. How would THEY not know that when I know that?? Fine, moving on, they said the cash out would be processed at the end of the week at the latest.
Of course it still showed as processing on Friday so I talk to them via live chat and they say "oh, don't forget about the bank holiday" Fine, so it won't be Friday or Monday but they said absolutely for sure on Tuesday. So, I look on Tuesday - still processing. I talk via live chat and they say "yes, it was sent to your bank today" Great, but um, why does it still say processing? "Oh, the casino will update that later in the day"
Wednesday, the same thing. Thursday comes and when I go to talk to them again, live chat is suddenly not available. So I write an email in which I get a response that my withdrawal was processed on April 5th. Well, we know that's not true. I figure I'll wait one more day - since according to them it was sent to my bank Tuesday. My bank processes it the very next day and I checked this morning and it was still not there. So, someone is lying. Live chat is again not available. Now I'm just angry and annoyed. I'm still holding out hope... but I'm annoyed.
So, that's my update![]()
Hello, oh my this is gettin worse. There is not a chance i will put my money in now! as i thought because they MGS and having a fake rival site they can get shutdown easily and take ur money. i just read another post in CAP and i mentioned urs too. i hope u dont mind me doing that becos atleast everyone can get togeta and be a stronger unit.
That post is here -You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now..
Since you have such a hard time why not try contacting redflush and la vida casino to ask them, hopefully youl get more joy. thats what i wil suggest.

I understand that the third poster is you, and a link back to here
Another player that have problems getting paid I can see, but I still can't see any connection anywhere to Red Flush.
Have you asked them about it? Have you sent a pm to the Rep here? Maybe he can tell us if there actually is a connection.
Earlier posts in this thread mentioned it about sunset slots livechat initially being handled by redflush and la vida agents when they first started off. so i just suggested maybe trying to contact them instead since the livechat suddenly went down.

Man....sweatin cashouts like that is not cool, hope you get paid man,but where in the hell do people find these casinos?I heard from Carl, a customer relations host who said he would be handling everything from now on. He told me that the withdrawal was already processed and since it has been over 5 days he will be looking into it. He guaranteed I would receive it... it gives me hope![]()
let alone deposit?
