Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong place, quite new here, if it is please can a mod move it to the correct place.

Pokerstars are doing a new promo which my partner is interested in but im wary as i was stung by them recently with there terms and want to run it by you guys. PokerstarsBONUS.jpg

I read this as if you deposit $100 you will get $300 of locked bonus funds which is tied into 600 pts of wagering eg 3 x $200 of bonus received.

However when i took a similar bonus which was worded exactly the same they said no its 900 points as the 3pts is on the whole $300 and not just the bonus amount of $200.

Who is in the wrong here??

Should she risk signing up and getting it? or avoid the hassle ? she just fancied some slot action and likes the 600 option but the 900 would be very hard.

Also if she did deposit and it did turn out to be 900 to wager would she be able to cancel it due to misrepresentation on bonus terms, providing she did not wager anything before contacting support.

I have asked poker stars support but just got a generic answer about here are the terms link blah blah even though I asked them the exact specific question.

Thoughts and comments please.

Support have now confirmed that it is indeed 900 3 x the full 300 which i feel is misleading.....

It does say clearly. Deposit $100 and we will debit that and credit you with $300 of bonus funds

Looks like the $300 is including your deposit and 3 redemption points needed per $1 to meet wagering = 900 redemption points.

How much do you have to spend to earn 1 redemption point?.

Surely it can't 3-1 as thats only 3X wagering?

Your not going to get $300 of just bonus funds on a $100 deposit, as that would be a 300% deposit match.

It varies on each game it can be as low as about $3 per point and up to about $11 per point on some games so worst case is $9,900 wagering for basically $200 nearly 50x

If you can find one that has $5 per point your looking at a respectable 22.5x I guess.

It is a 200% match bonus but the bit i think is misleading is the "3 redemption points per $1 of bonus funds received" which i would dispute with it only being 200 received in bonus not 300 as 100 is hard cash.

It just feels like its purposely misleading and just bringing to the attention of members here mostly.

Just to add once you deposit and lock into this bonus, your whole balance is 300 bonus no real cash separately.

I recently took that bonus and lost my deposit but managed to withdraw the same sum from the wager free free spins given. After that I've been given 2 times a 100% bonus up to 30€ which had an effective wagering of under 2x (this is what the offer said: Redemption point to convert 0.25 redemption points per $1 of bonus) as well as a couple free fivers with the same wagering. Their game selection isn't huge but actually contains a lot my personal favorites so it wasn't a problem. They do have a 48hr period starting from the time of your deposit before you can make a withdrawal but after I made one it was processed in under 24h which is fine enough for me and no documents were asked for any withdrawal. I also had an issue with one particular game not launching so I contacted live chat and received some of the best cs I've experienced. The person I was talking to seemed technologically knowledgeable, patiently worked out solutions together with me and spoke in perfect english without using premade lines so I felt like I was actually having a conversation with a human being instead of a robot who can only do very basic things as the case often is.

I had some reservations and not very high expectations when I joined but I would definitely recommend this casino especially because of the very generous offers they gave me. Those are extremely rare these days even more so if you're a low roller who doesn't deposit a lot.

All they have really done is write the D+B different to most Casinos. I had to re-read it a couple of times and it must catch plenty of people out(deliberately so)

A lot of people miss the D+B and think it's 35X when in reality its 70X.

When you says a respectable 22.5X. I,m guessing that's only on low RTP% slots, so probably not so good.

Yes it is on the slots with lower RTP, a lot of slots on pokerstars dont display any RTP info ( not sure if its legal or how they get round that ) but would guess some are very low 90's but i have a system that generally gets round that making some bonuses definitely worth taking.

Of course I cant really have a system that works can I? as all slots are 100% random ;) wink
