Received this e-mail from that new poker site that will be dealing from a shuffle machine instead of an RNG. If anyone wants to check it out for fun the info is in the e-mail below.

Dear Fellow Poker Players

I am pleased to announce the launch of the play money BETA testing site at www.realdealpoker.net in advance of the imminent full site release.

Whilst we are putting the final touches to the full site you are invited to come join us for fun and play. This BETA test site is extremely important to us as it will provide you with opportunity to get a feel for our unique game play and we would welcome your feedback to us at testing@realdealpoker.com. A link to this email address can also be found in the lobby area under help.

As you are already a pre-registered player, I thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you at the tables!

Please note, as you have pre-registered with us we have created a special ‘button’ marked for existing players so you can access our tables.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Tried the beta test yesterday, the client is simple, the graphics are not something special, but if the shuffle has nothing to do with RNG i would try my luck there.

I thought that we could see a cam at the table showing the shuffle progress from their machines (you can see a video at their website), but i was mistaken. When i was the dealer, there were a bar showing the cards and i was selecting from where the shuffle will cut. That's nice and i guess there is NO rng, but only the shuffle machine.

There were some bugs to the client, i was in a table and a player who had 3 aces lost from 3 J's, but the table restarted due to testing. They can take the time to fix any bugs may appear.

I'm interested to see when they'll launch officialy.

How do you know the shuffler is fair?

Technically that too would be impossible to confirm, just like any other casino game offered online.

All I'm looking forward to is that maybe it is honest, (there's always hope) and will compare the games here which are allegedly shuffled and cut, with over ten years of experience playing with an RNG system.

I'll give you my full opinion after I've played their for several months if your still interested.

Yes we can't be sure that the shuffler is fair, as always on online gaming.
The only thing we can do is testing against the other RNG poker rooms and see the results. Personally i've stopped playing to all poker rooms i was playing (pokerstars, full tilt etc) because of many things happened to many tables and the money were dissapearing on every deposit.

Like 4 of a kind said, there is always hope...

I spent about 5 hours so far playing for fun here. I also know this opinion doesn't mean much at this point. But, based on first impression, I noticed my down cards seem to be more realistic and not the baiting type to call into the flop.

At a ten seat ring game there are lots of calls and stupid suck outs but we are playing for fun.

Played several heads-up games trying to get a better feel for the flow, and was lucky to find a player who must be doing the same as me and played a good game. We must have played 20 games together already. In fact it looks like him and I are the only ones playing HU since I've never seen more then 20 people playing on the site at one time. I'm impressed so far with how the heads up played, and although there were the expected suck outs, the better hand already seems to hold up much more realistically when compared to Riverstars. (so far)

If a hand gets to the river especially with more then two players it gets folded to fast and your not sure what even happened. The chat letters are to big and it's hard to follow any chat, and even harder to scroll back up to read something you missed only to get knocked back down to the bottom as soon as someone else speaks.

I sent a suggestion to their test site, and will see if they correct it.

I've got to tell you, I looking very much forward to playing with cash their.

Of course anything that remotely would be interesting for U.S. players I read this at their web site.

How will this work in terms of US players?

We will be providing a .net site for the US players. We will not offer real money play to the US players until it is legalized.

Realdealpoker launched before some hour, officially. Registered there, i will try to check the client and play for real. There are not much people yet since the site it's not opened worldwide, they have update their dns records for the domain.

Let's see
