I would like to know whats the deal with the three different no deposit codes I find looking around the net for Lucky Red Casino, 2 of them are for $10.00 and 1 for $50.00?:eek2: and posters are posting they received the free chip.

According to Steven on live support for Lucky Red, there is no free chips or promo codes. Mentioned to him that folks over here were getting them but he had no idea :confused:

VWM raises some good points:

With the maximum cashout your best bet would be to request a withdrawal for $5,000 + the bonus amount you claimed. This way we can still pay the full $5k after removing the bonus chips.

Also, we do not use the automated maximum cashout function on the coupons - our cashier team make any adjustments manually after you have requested the withdrawal.

There was an issue with bets on the Real Series slots only counting for half of what they should have towards the wagering requirement. This was resolved very quickly and it is currently working fine, I do apologise sincerely for this. I have contacted as many of the affected players as I could by email and manually completed the play through for any of them players who have wagered more than half of the requirement.

I am also sorry to hear of the stories of poor payouts, it is frustrating as this is the one aspect of the casino I can do nothing about!

On a more positive note some of the feedback about the lobby is fantastic, especially about the presentation and choice you have in browsing the games - it is always tough to present over 100 slots games in such a small screen! The Jackpots view from CWC is available showing all the Real Series games on one screen, you also have three other views - List view, Folder View, and Cover Flow view. Bloody spammers again!!!

The casino is barely 2 days old, but the spammers have already gotten their fingers in the pie:mad:

Hovering the mouse over the image shows the hosting site to be the casino site itself, and the entity responsible an affiliate; yet this purports to be a NEWSLETTER - this is deception. The Club World spam issue is STILL as out of control as it was a while ago when outlined in the spam complaints forum section.

My PRIVATE email address had 261 messages today, nearly all SPAM. Casinos & Penis pills being dominant.
 
I have contacted as many of the affected players as I could by email and manually completed the play through for any of them players who have wagered more than half of the requirement.
I was not contacted at all and I KNOW the counter wasn't working on mine. I emailed them early this morning and still no reply...


On another note...
Where is the exit button in the lobby?
I couldn't find it last night either..had to reboot to get it to close...geez...

So I also tried the 400% coupon last night and actually to my surprise after reading the thread here about how tight the games were I managed to play for about 4 hours from a $22 deposit.

I had met the wager requirement of $2,750 and had around $230 left. :D Decided to play some more and the next thing I knew my balance was around $30. Switched games and managed to get my balance back up to $195. Thought about cashing out and said WTF :eek2:

I just had the most brutal session with 400% bonus in my life. Started with 330, wagered 850 and busted out.
Does it mean my return was 39% based on this??

850/520=1.6346*

100/1.6346=61% return on total wagers

At 95% return your expected wagering would be 330/0.05=6600
(I think thats right though there are others here who work out ev on bonus and they will know for sure)

My case

is similiar to Silcnlayc's I took the 400% coupon on a $100 dep, so had $12500 to play through, I didnt go ahead in leaps and bounds but played for a long time, I got my balance up to $900, and then saw I had $8000+ to playthrough, I thought eck, all that time and Im only through $4500, so I didnt take things carefully, Id been changing games a lot till then, spent the whole lot on green light on $5 pushes not sure I even saw a bonus.

It wasnt until later and I looked at my comp points they were 832, that I thought that was odd, went to help they said one comp point was worth $10, so I thought hang on 827 x $10 = $8270, I said I felt my playthrough may have been wrong, they certainly didnt tell me there were any issues at all with it. In hindsite this very much disapoints me, it wasnt until I went in I think once or twice more, and actually worded the question right and they said I had played through $8462, and I said well there was an issue, then they told me.

I agree the way you would play out the rest, when your playthrough is less than half of what is stated is very different.
However I chose to play it that way, I know id have done it differently, but thats neither here nor there now.

I took up the 400% bonus i deposited 41 bucks via e-wallet took me like 4 hours to make play thru got very lucky came up ahead and still played on for another hour or so.I then withdrawn 500 re-versed it lol then got it back up to 500 cashed out again Talked with Natasha she at first said I need to send in fax back forms what a pain in the ass when i've been playing at club world for awhile now. Then I had to name names "Tom" and what he mentioned about not having to re-send forms she said she would email the cashier for me. So we will see I hoped this would be a easy process. I've got the feeling that I'm about to be or am in the process of being screwed. I'm in the U.S., deposited via Visa and I'd love to make a withdrawl.

2. The phone numbers 1-866-513-0857 & 1-888-671-2855 don't work either. One doesn't even ring, just silence and the other rings and rings, then disconnects.

3. The email support tells me:

hey same thing happened to me today i pmed the clubworld rep here still hasnt responded. asked for additional docs I too am from the US. tried the numbers and they have stopped working, tried live chat wasnt working went to cashier wasnt working well with customer service like that I'll stay with rushmore at least Louise responds within an hour. Hey I'm glad I didn't deposit that 150 at luckyred, but hey rushmore got it. helps pay Louise paycheck than i don't mind

The expiration date has NOTHING TO DO with what the CASINO wants it for, as a check of ID. The expiry, where it exists, is when the photo document expires FOR IT'S PURPOSE OF ISSUE.

This is a case of going too far, the ID checking that takes place during the issuance of a government Driver's License takes place when it is issued. The expiry date granted has NO EFFECT AT ALL on the validity of this initial ID verification check. It is still a robust government ID check whether the ensuing photo document is valid for 100 years, or 1 week.

Casinos are trying to use these documents as a proxy ID card, which is why they are making up these often stupid, and sometimes unfounded in terms of risk, rules.

In the German case, no expiry date is NOT "no expiry date", it means it expires on the death of the holder, just as does a UK National Health number.

Using these other documents could even be exposing casinos to more risk than they think, since these documents are NOT issued to prove ID, but to prove a qualification. The initial ID checks that take place for a UK driver's licence may have been done DECADES ago, whereas when it comes to CURRENT risks, it might be advisable to go back to scratch, and do a full ID check the EXPENSIVE way, rather than rely on the government having done this. This would involve NOT getting the PLAYER to send in much, but by checking that the registered details match up with the wealth of datasets that comprise the electoral register, credit reference agencies, land registry, etc, and that the DEPOSIT and WITHDRAWAL methods ALSO tally with this information.

but what concerned me was the upfront request for all my documents upfront without knowing if i ever make a withdrawal.
i dont think club world handles them unsecure but theres also the possibility of id theft.

i dont get it why microgaming casinos always paid me without asking for any documents, nothing.

I always email scans of my ID docs when I register at a casino - my drivers license, my NetSpend Visa and a utility bill. I wouldn't accept an expired driver's license either. It paints one as negligent for not having it renewed at best or maybe the individual might even have been banned from driving for some infraction as yet unsettled in the traffic courts. Having only an expired driver's license to show upon request in situations like these conveys a general shiftiness and I would press the individual to see if they could actually produce a valid license by insisting they obtain a current one. If the lapsed license was, in fact, a mere oversight then I'd expect a current facsimile forthcoming. If the individual becomes enraged over the issue then that's just another red flag, isn't it?

Lots of things can happen inbetween when a license expires and when/if you get a new one....

I could move to a banned country/state, but yet still keep and use my expired ID to still be able to play/cashout there...if they accepted expired ID's, then there's no way for them to prove that I can't play there...especially if I'm cashing out to an ewallet or wire/ACH to my bank...

Hell, even here in the USA if you look too young for cigarettes/liquor and show them an expired ID, they won't sell you a thing...

There is NO way this guy can win in his mind and so he just tosses the balls down the lane in the gutter (giving up) because the highest he can get (in his mind doing the math) if he strikes out is a 250.....then come to find out he actually was on a strike and only needed 3 strikes to get 260...don't you think he would be pissed too and call the game forfieted by the other side that kept the score???

The difference here between your analogy is that in bowling you cannot hit a combination of pins that will score you 10,000 points, but you can definitely do so when playing slots even when down to your last dollar.

I understand your frustrations and it is regrettable that you and some other players were affected by this. We make every effort to avoid this kind of problem and in the rare occasion that they happen I make every effort to resolve them quickly. I think it is a little strong to call us a rogue casino.

I also made more than my 90% ( I figured out) BEFORE I went bust ON PURPOSE feeling it was futile to even try...just like the gutter balls....hurry up and get it over with type thing and I know many of the players will understand this feeling...because we have been there and done it but never when being fooled..For someone to break down and actually take a bonus such as me, it has to be very enticing...and I was enticed..if you were to check how many bonuses I have taken..you will see...pretty much none for as long as I have been with your casino...so, enuff said by me...

I always email scans of my ID docs when I register at a casino - my drivers license, my NetSpend Visa and a utility bill. I wouldn't accept an expired driver's license either. It paints one as negligent for not having it renewed at best or maybe the individual might even have been banned from driving for some infraction as yet unsettled in the traffic courts. Having only an expired driver's license to show upon request in situations like these conveys a general shiftiness and I would press the individual to see if they could actually produce a valid license by insisting they obtain a current one. If the lapsed license was, in fact, a mere oversight then I'd expect a current facsimile forthcoming. If the individual becomes enraged over the issue then that's just another red flag, isn't it?

I was totally clowning Vinylweatherman. Sheee-it. I don't even have a driver's license! The judge asked me "Well, sir, do you want to drive or do you want to drink?" Which left me no alternative but to answer, "Hell, judge, I wanna drink!"

as you read a german drivers license has no expiration. you get it for lifetime unless the police takes it from you because of anything like: driving too fast, alcohol, drogs etc..

if you stay correct you have your license you made with 18 still when you are 98 with the same photo.

Now THAT"S funny! lol Yeah I know about German licenses. I posted cuz I thought a casino wouldn't accept a license as a recognized, legitimate form of identification because it had no expiration date, which was funny because no German driver's license has an expiration date.. My earlier post was not meant to be taken seriously.
