I would recommend NOT playing there. They have not gone through our Baptism by Fire, nor have they made any effort in being listed here at Casinomeister (as far as I know)

This is where you should be playing. Pick an Accredited Casino - they have been tested and are pretty much monitored by our members:
Link Outdated / Removed

Just to add: you say they have a good layout? For me it's "ho-hum".

And they boast "Quality made in Germany"? :what:

And just another question, why would anyone recommend this casino? What was the reasoning behind it? Was it because they are new? This in my opinion would be a reason to avoid it and let someone else take the fall.

I can tell you one thing, it's a trademarked site owned by a German who is targeting the German market. I am pretty sure that this is not permitted - unless you are in Schleswig-Holstein, where it could possibly be licensed.

lapalingo.com is operated by Rabbit Entertainment Ltd. a company registered in Malta with company registration no. C66436 with registered address at Apartment 21, Charles Court (Suite 140), St. Luke’s Road, Pieta PTA 1027, Malta.

Rabbit Entertainment Ltd. is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) www.mga.org.mt and holds the following licenses:
MGA/CL1/1041/2014 issued on 22 April 2015
MGA/CL1/1105/2015 issued on 22 June 201

So no German license.

Yes, I would caution you to stay away. For a company that has ownership in Germany, and is actively taking Germany bets is a red flag - of course unless they are licensed in Schleswig-Holstein. They run into the problem of being fined by the German Lottery due to unfair competition.

If things have changed over the past few years, then I stand corrected - but as it appears, they may have certain unknown but presumable liabilities.

Playbet24 has been re-branded as Lapalingo.

I got an email about a month ago for a 20 euro code.

I had just signed up just now and played it.

I'm from the UK and wasn't able to load Micro gaming slots due to location.

Even in demo mode could not load MG slots.

They do have though controversially for this forum 4-5 AWP slots.

Not that I would sign up here anyway without them having no UK license but these days I simply stick to casinos listed here or at least with an active rep. Cant be doing with the worry and hassle if something goes wrong.
And at least sticking to the lists here if something does go west you have a fall back to try get it sorted. I made the mistake of playing at a few places last year which have never been here much to my own disappointment wont bother mentioning the names or brands.

Sure a few places I do play at now and then which are not accredited here but these are places I have played on and off for a long while. Overall I stick to what I know and see here.

For what it's worth Lapalingo is now denying that they have any connection to PlayBet24. Rather odd that since playbet24.com redirects to lapalingo.com. :axeman:

I was trying to contact them in regards to an unresolved playbet24.com issue.

If there is the smallest connection to playbet24 I would give Lapalingo a wide berth.

It's legit a re-branded PayBet24

They're saying that "Lapalingo.com is a complete new casino." Their further claim that the PlayBet24-Lapalingo connection is the fault of some fact-challenged "old affiliate".

Anyone have a Pinnochio smiley?

 Good smiley! *yoink* <--- that's Canuck for "I'm having that!"

If any of our amateur sleuths care to get out their Google goggles and dig into this Playbet24-Lapalingo connection I'd be very interested to see what you could come up with.

Email about lapalingo being renewed playbet24 was sent from this addres anna.donca(at)lapalingo.com if this is of any help.

Did some digging today, really tough to find something.

Behind playbet24 was bwk media, who is owned by a company called Novambiris and both based in Montenegro.

When i checked their domain registry it stated a John Jacob Astor which can't technically be as this guy died in the 1850's.

More digging led to a chap in Manchester, forgot the name. Could find it again if needed.

As for lapalingo and Rabit Entertainment - they have done a great job hiding the details of the owners. Maybe one of you guys have access to the company registry in Malta and you can get the names of the owners. I think then it would be much easier to connect them to playbet24.

Can't answer in your WARNING thread, hence here my thoughts to that email.

- The whole text basically did not clarify anything at all, vaguely written with no clear explanations
- Why bring LoewenPlay and LionLine into it since they are only the platform provider, aka GiG or EveryMatrix?
- Why not naming the operator of Lapalingo (Rabbit Entertainment) and giving some details how far that cooperation with LionLine/LoewenPlay goes and who is really hiding behind the name?
- Then in the last paragraph a short quick reference to the almighty bad affiliate who sends emails with a lapalingo code (no mention how he is connected with lapalingo as otherwise he would not have a valid code)

Typical corporate BS - deny all wrongdoing, create a situation of trust by throwing in a few big names, never admit to anything or give clear answers, don't mention the name in question too often (playbet24), express your regrets. DONE.

Would not waste one single breath let alone 1$ with them.
