New Grande Vegas

Hi everyone,

The Grande Vegas site has been updated with the correct email address(Banking: [email protected] and [email protected]). Some players were having problems with emails bouncing back. Things should be in order now.
Also i am working with RTG to set up the comp points system, i will inform everyone when that is up and ready.
Some good news: Most of the players have been paid, all accept the more recent withdraws, which the finance people are working on.
 
Hm, I tried to remove my thanks on the previous post, but it wouldn't let me.
I haven't been paid yet (Melanie is aware of this) and I thought the Thanks might have sent the wrong message to other players.

Has anyone gotten their cashouts yet?

Sorry if im repeating myself on this, but I did a search to see if there were any other threads on Grande Vegas, and nothing came up, thought this was better in here than over there so pls ignore the one I started

2 bonus rounds total $4 and $11

I went to help to ask my %, and it was 41% !!!, Charles said he would get the pitboss to email me, but never heard anything.

nice to hear some are winning, but as you can see I cant help you with my experience on fast cashouts etc

I did worse. 9 deposits, 5 with bonuses, all went south bar 1 and a paltry $70 at that. I played mostly table games and simply from looking at my comps balance, RTP is less than 60%. Casino promised to send me the payout rates within 3 days but now it's been 6 days and they are scratching their head as to where my request went. I have also been unable to reddem my comp points as the system is not yet available.
 
Did I miss betmax?

I opened up a new account the other day and claimed a $50 bonus, i was only allowed to play on slots with this bonus so i played the "rain dance" slot. I was going pretty average, up a bit down a bit for the first half hour. My luck then changed dramatically as i won the 100 free spins at 40c a spin with all wins multiplied by 5. Not only that but if you hit the free spin feature again within the 100 free spins you automatically get another 100 spins on top of whatever free spins you had left.This happened to me about 3 or 4 times and i ended up getting about 500 free spins roughly in total with all wins multiplied by 5.It played through the free spins and i ended up getting a little over $1000. I then continued to play that same slot until i met my wagering requirements and am now waiting for my withdrawal to be processed to neteller.

After getting some help from support (who were very helpful) i have managed to put in a request to withdraw the funds from my account to neteller and am now waiting for the funds to be credited. Hopefully it won't take too much longer as it has nearly been 48 hours and i was told it shouldn't take any longer.

But anyways i believe the games are fair here, if they were not i doubt i would have got a $1000 win on a 40c spin on a slot machine. Support were very helpful and quick in getting my id documents verified and all that and were very polite.

The final piece in this puzzle i believe is getting my withdrawal successfully credited to neteller and when that happens there is no doubt in my mind that grande vegas is a very safe place to play.Everything else has been handled very professionally and i am confident of the games.

I noticed there were a few problems experienced by other players but from what i can make out they have all been fixed. As you know grande vegas is a new casino and as such would have teething problems to start with but they are obviously fixing these problems as they arise.

I will let people know of the outcome anyways in relation to my withdrawal :)
 
Melanie please explain why I was told that Click2pay was working on Monday, and now it isn't.

I've moved over my cashout to EcoCard, which I had to sign up for.

I'll keep y'all posted, in the meantime - I recommend only depositing with ecocard at the moment..!

I have had to do the exact same thing with ecocard, except i was told neteller is now not working so my withdrawal is now going to be processed to ecocard which i have been told from support is going to be another 24 - 48 hours (i had already waited 48 hours to be told neteller wasn't working from the time of my original withdrawal request).

I am still confident however of receiving my withdrawal as melanie the grande vegas rep seems to be keeping in constant contact.Hopefully this can all be resolved sooner then 24 - 48 hours though.
 
I was shouting all over the place when they let me deposit by ecocard but not letting me withdraw several weeks ago. After more than a week of persistence they finally had withdrawals by ecocard in place. I didnt know that this was the only withdrawal option other than wire transfer. Sheer incompetence.

However you did get paid though right?
 
I agree that this is not being handled the best way.

I don't blame Melanie, she's probably getting her information from the same people and we're all getting a run around (honestly, the front-line people are the last to find out the real deal I find). I hope that they take this feedback in the spirit that it's given, to help them improve things!

GrandeVegas, you need to earn the trust of your players. Be forthright with their deposit and cashout options, and always give your staff accurate information. When dealing with third parties, like payment processors, nothing is a "go" until you've done your full "live" tests and flipped the switch. There is no "It's coming next week, or it's working we just need to do the test", there's a binary state of either it doesn't work and will not be working until an unknown future date, and "it works". There is no "it works halfway", or "it should work on Monday". By passing that sort of heresay down to your players, your putting your reputation on the line and in the hands of notoriously difficult to deal with payment processors.

I really think your interests would be served to remove any deposit options for which the withdrawal options do not function, and to email players an apology and an explanation. Do not, I repeat, do not promise as to when the payment processors will be back, because there really is no way of knowing.

Look at how Buzzluck handled things - they were just as new as you, and started with a few payment options. But now they are up to speed (although they need to update their website to reflect all their new processors ;) ) and I haven't seen any complaints.

:eek2: wow how come i haven't received that email yet...it's been nearly 72 hours and i even gave my ecocard details to melanie yesterday so i would get paid be ecocard instead of neteller due to the problems they were having with neteller.Hmmm im getting a little worried now.

I would have to guess that that is definitely a typo there Nifty since "Gold Vegas Casino" is a "Top Game Software" casino.

We are not at all affiliated or former betmax people, it was a mistake on the RTG side with regards to the downloading error. We are a brand spanking new casino. And not sure what you mean in your second post.

I wanted to download titan as from your site as well but couldnt find it so I went elsewhere. This is an RTG and I managed to get a 200% bonus. Actually playing now but they are down 25 mins for maintenance. The support is great but I dont like them suddenly lowering the max bet for paigow poker from $25 to $5 right in the middle of play especially since I lost the first 2 hands at $25. Paigow poker is an allowed game along with slots and BJ although it counts for 5% of wagering.

Oh, this is the New Grande Vegas thread. Needless to say, this casino is trash. I cannot even redeem my comps as they arent implemented yet. Truly a lot of hassles with this casino and they are more than simply teething problems. They are now on probation and I wouldnt vote for them getting accreditation. Well. I got an rmail saying my deposit has been pre authorised meaning they got it but I must contact the cashier to finalize the transaction This I did..I was told I have to wait 24-48 hours to have the glitch fixed Well what an auspicious beginning for a new casino...... LOL

Told me the same thing two weeks ago, but still hasn't cleared. I asked them to cancel the deposit and they did without any trouble. I'll wait until they get their problems handled before I try again
 
I had no problem depositing via Visa.

I actually just won $1,700 off the paydirt slot machine :D

So on top of turning $200 to $1,300 in blackjack, I now hit a $1,700 play for my first time really playing a slot. :D

So three days went by and my cashout was still there. I decided to cancel it :o and won some more. I am now cashing out for $3,400 (only deposited once for $200) :thumbsup:, let see how long it takes. Last I talked to them they were delayed in the withdrawals. :o

I'll let you guys know how long it takes this time. Hopefully they stick to their 2-3 days for process this time. :p I will redeposit for sure though if all works well :cool:

I've PM Melanie twice about the comps awarded for my play but haven't heard a thing from her.

The comps are there but you can't use them. The rep who I spoke with doesn't even know what they're worth or how fast you accumulate them:confused:
