Interesting how scammers are finding new ways to defraud the public.

That's messed up.

I had some false charges on my card last year, but they were identified by the bank, removed from my account, card cancelled and a new card sent out before I even knew anything had happened!

Good one, my bank!

At least you picked it up. Some individuals with HUGE Credit Card limits don't miss the odd $10 or $20....

Other people neglect to check their statements to begin with. Im using the Secure Deposit Option from VISA. Forgot my password and locked it trying to 'guess'. Had to undergo various authentication checks before it was reset for me. I also opt for SMS'es to be sent to my phone for all transactions on my accounts.
