Tips New Bonus Claim System at 32Red

Have you really updated your Flash Player? :D


Yes, I get the reminders from the Flash Update utility every time there is a new version.

However, in most cases it doesn't matter if a recent version is being used, and when it's too much out of date, there is always an error message from whatever is trying to use the Flash player.
 
Well, whatever it is that doesn't work with this new system, I'm certain that they are working on it.
Probably they are even more frustrated about it than all the players together.
Or what do you say 32Red staff? Funny eh? ;)
 
Hi All,

Apologies for the teething issues, there are a few issues at the moment that we are aware of...

- Not all eligible players can see the bonuses to opt-in. We're in the process of updating the system to fix this.
- Some players who are claiming are getting double bonuses, we're obviously honouring any double credit. Lucky for those players. :)
- The IE flash issue, this isn't going to be as straight forward to fix as the download is IE. This would have been the same for the old t&c link too though.

As always thanks for the invaluable feedback and hopefully we can put these issues behind us. Please feel free to PM me during office hours or get in touch with support to credit any bonus manually.

IE 11 has flash support baked in. No plug-in needed. Might be relevant, the separate plug-in can still be downloaded but you might need to enable it through 'manage add-ons'.

Great news.... also very impressed by your prompt replies to the many questions posted...particularly those that had nothing to do with the initial thread!
 
The popup is showing here the GBP symbol (£) and the client window is showing the USD symbol ($) - my account currency is USD.

You may also want to review the text displayed in the Yes/No buttons in the client window that seems to fit only to first deposit bonuses (Yes, please credit this bonus on my fisrt deposit / No, don't offer me any welcome bonuses again).

Hate it. Wouldn't work for 3 days..... I got NO bonus offers, I was convinced that I had been removed from the bonus eligibility like they did to me at Dash and Golden Lounge, until I spoke with Jonathan.

Tonight, I finally got my first pop-up. Deposit $100 get $50. I deposited, and only got a 25% bonus. After a 20 minute wait yet again for chat, I got the rest of the bonus added, but was a real pain in the rear. I must say chalk it up to luck or whatever, but the negatives seem to add up quicker and quicker with the 32 red group!
 
well i might be slow but not that slow;) this is the 5th time this pop up i already know i got the bonus by now :)

I personally not had may problems claiming a bonus, You have to claim after you deposit, I think thats where people made mistakes,

Better still it was not the claiming the problem :) It was that we needed BIGGER dinner my friend (bonus) on the dish,

I personally do not play much no more due to the fact I always had bad luck there, But I can honestly say you are the only download casino I will play, Yes there is fly on the screen shot but from the email i got than that be no good to play after today, Only download to test, & there's tropica & yet to deposit there, & belive me I play at an alot of casinos, Its realy only 1 I can put my hands up and trust

The main problem with the old system was that the claim would not recognise the fact that a deposit had been made, and this new system is designed to resolve this problem by changing the way the detection of the deposit is related to the bonus system.

The new system has been very troublesome over the last few days.

All my first attempts had failed, but I then switched to using the slider rather than the displayed page to claim. This worked fine yesterday, but today the offer was £100 for £50, but only £25 was credited. It's still 2 out of 2 for the system though in that it seems the problem might be that it's claiming on the page that is the broken part of the system, with claims through the slider working. Having two places to claim is part of the problem, best get rid of one and concentrate on getting the other to work. I would suggest ditch the slider, as this often messes up in the client, either repeating the same message even thought the player has recognised and closed the message, or not appearing at all when the player NEEDS to access it for some reason.
 
I got an offer today of deposit £50, get £50 bonus.
So, assuming it worked like before, where the bonus was added pro-rata, I deposited £60, expecting a £60 bonus. but only received £50.
ok, fair enough, the offer did state deposit £50 for £50. so I just accepted it was a fixed amount

Then 3 or 4 hours later I received this email

They neglect to say ANYWHERE (even on the promotion pages linked to the email) that it'll be doubled up to a maximum of £50

Had my deposit at 32Red yesterday not disappeared SO fast, I'd have made a £100 deposit today, then I'd have been really pissed off to only get 50%

I stopped playing at Dash because of misleading promotions like this

I don't see anything misleading about the promotion email. It does not state that you get a 100% bonus up to £100. It's a mass email that informs players that there is a 100% bonus available today. People can then log on to see how big of a bonus they get which depends on what level they are on the loyalty scheme.

I am sorry you feel like this email was misleading. It certainly wasn't our intention. Eligible players who received the promotion were given a 100% bonus but the value changes. As you saw, the offer will display when you log in.

The main issue for me here is the delay between you claiming and receiving the email. We try our best to exclude any players who have claimed that day's promo from any mailing, but we had a few (more) teething issues which we were addressing so the mailing list wasn't as 'fresh' as we would have liked.

Sorry for any inconvenience and we'll look to address this in the future.

Slightly off topic but has anybody ever got a 200% bonus from Dish of the Day at 32red, the Daily Deal at Dash or the Bonus Wheel at Golden Lounge?
It seems like eye candy to me.

Then a pop-up from the side appears, then when I get to the banking page another appears from the side, then after depositing and returning to the lobby another pop-up appears with game suggestions telling me the bonus has been added - I know, I can see it in my balance!

I have noticed this too, it's annoying.

I have been claiming the bonus from the slider for a few days, and it has worked 100% so far. When I was claiming from the page, rather than the slider, my success rate was around 0%. I do not know if the problem has been fixed, but there are still two separate places to claim.

On a couple of occasions, the slider kept returning every few second during play, even though I had deposited, received the bonus, and begun to play. I pressed "x" every time to close the slider, but back it came again and again and again. The only thing that seemed to fix the problem was closing the casino and relaunching it again from the desktop icon. I have had similar problems from this slider before, and at a number of MGS casinos. There is something wrong that causes it to ignore the close request permanently for the active session. It seems to interpret it as "remind me again in 10 seconds".
 
After a few days of the new bonus system working perfectly for me, I'm now only seeing the "32Red on the Move" banner instead. Anyone else getting that today?

Yes that's exactly what i'm seeing today.

Deposited 3 times over last few days, dish of the day worked perfectly every time for the 3 different offers, 25%, 50% and yesterdays lovely 100%. But today I'm seeing same as yourself :(

So, the bonus is now fixed at what's shown?
deposit 50, receive 50 means you'd only get a bonus if you deposit 50? nothing more nothing less?
previously, there was an option to change the deposit amount, or it would credit the bonus pro-rata

No its not fixed as I deposited three tines last week.... Just a tenner each time. Once was no bonus, once 50% and o ce 100%
 
I would like to see the new bonus claim system introduced at 32Red's sister casinos.
But, I suspect they are using 32Red as a testing ground before they roll it out to the other casinos.
